Colonial Cadillac

This is our 4th purchase from Olsen Cadillac. They turned a very difficult issue into a successful outcome and we are smiling once again! Each staff member we have come into contact with has treated us with kindness and respect, from our salesman John Bradley, to Service Manager Gary Carman, to our service advisor Joanne Sasso, to cashier Denise Leigh. The best C/S department around anywhere! It beats any other car dealership that I am aware of in all my years of experience getting repairs!

I love the way Olsen knows what I want and am there for, I Just have to drop off the car and they fix it, then wash it and I'm done. Car is brought to me, washed clean and fixed.

This was my 5th purchase from Olsen Cadillac. I have had exceptional experiences in all of these purchases. Salesperson was very helpful. Was met at the door and was asked what he could do for me and then proceeded to show an XT5 that was on the showroom floor. From there, we sat down and he found the vehicle I wanted which was in stock and then we discussed price and came to an agreement on a trade-in value and final cost. Very satisfied with results.

This is the second car I have purchased from Olsen Cadillac. I have always gotten great service at Olsen Cadillac. After looking around at other dealerships I decided to get another Cadillac. Rob did a great job showing me different cars with different options.

Great experience! Love my new car. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful! They got me in and out as quickly as possible and took care of every detail.

Appointment was made through Ms Joanne Sasso, Service Advisor and upon arrival my vehicle was promptly taken in for service and expeditiously completed. Ms Sasso is always friendly and courteous whenever I bring my vehicles in for service, It is a pleasure to deal with her.

Despite calling only that morning, Joanne fit me into the schedule, and then took me early when I showed up an hour ahead. I know that might not be possible every time, but it was, and she did it all with a smile, and typical Olsen competence. Great service, as always.

My car was leaking something so I called to make an appointment and they were able to take my car in that morning and found out the water pump was leaking, they replaced it and had the car ready that afternoon.

Needed to bring car back a second time as there were still leak occurring. They kept me informed as they tried to determine where the problem was. Since the last time in, there have not been any more leaks.
