Great buying experience with Eide! We had a very specific price range we wanted to stay within and they honored it and worked with us. Respectful, fast and efficient.

I may change my review Monday depending on how Eide handles this but I'm pretty hot at this time. I've even had last night to calm down. I was in Friday and got a 2017 Colorado zr2 with 54k miles. paid a fair price of almost $34k and Saturday afternoon about got stuck because of drifting snow and my four-wheel drive doesn't work and I have a tail light bulb out. I'm over the 250 miles for return because I drove it home and I live 130 miles away. shop should have caught it. I'm also disappointed in myself for not checking better because I trusted them. Being a disabled veteran I wanted a reliable vehicle for winter and that is not what I got.

New Jeep. Finance people failed costing me $3340
The salesman was polite and honest. He kept me in the loop as we waited six months for the new Jeep to arrive. I can’t say much for the financial people. I made some last minute changes to the service contacts and they assured me they would follow through with the changes. I checked my loan 3 and a half months later to find they failed to make the changes too the loan. A difference of $3,350 with interest. When I questioned them they said I have to call the service contact company to get a refund

Went in for a routine oil change. The service department was very friendly and had my oil changed and tires rotated very quickly. They go the extra step by vacuuming and cleaning my front windshield. OUTSTANDING customer service!
