Bad experience since the beginning of working with them.

Bad experience since the beginning of working with them. Terrible communication with salesman, Cyrano. Took a long time to receive my vehicle after getting told it would be ready earlier. Received the vehicle with a broken sunglass holder and other broken parts. Told Chris Klein about a weird noise coming from the dash and he told me to "bang on the dash" to make the noise stop. Turns out the vehicle was in an accident before I purchased it and I wasn't informed, and the frame of the vehicle is broken. They told me that because I put on 6,000 miles on the vehicle that I must have done something to make the frame break.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they also

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they also vacuumed the front and I asked if they could wash the front as I went for a road trip a few days before and they had no problem getting the pesky bugs off. They got it done in a timely manner, no complaints on my end!
