I was immediately impressed when Leo contacted me late one evening after I had inquired about a car. Most dealers would have waited for the next day. I wanted to make sure the car was still available before I drove 300 miles to go and check it out. Leo welcomed me the next day at the dealership and was very helpful, he immediately offered an accompanied test drive then let me drive the car again unaccompanied to make sure I got a good feeling for it. The dealership had a great choice of cars and felt very high end. I left satisfied and followed up over the next few days to conclude the purchase. Leo was very proactive in the ensuing days to ensure prompt delivery. I was a little disappointed when I got delivery of the car without any books but Leo followed up by ordering a set of books and getting them delivered directly to me. Overall, a really good experience and a happy customer!
