I had an incredibly great experience working with Leo and Richie. They made the whole experience effortless. I would definitely recommend this new location in Palmetto Bay. They have a large selection of luxury vehicles.

We agreed that the dealer would pay $55,000 for my trade

We agreed that the dealer would pay $55,000 for my trade in. After the paperwork was signed, the changed the amount that they would pay to what my pay off amount was. They lied at every question I asked them. The fees they charge are exorbitant. Be very careful of bait and switch.

We agreed on $55,00 for my vehicle.

We agreed on $55,00 for my vehicle. I told them specifically that this was a deal breaker if I could not get $55,000 for my truck.I bought a car there then when it was time to pick up my check, they had every excuse in the book not to write me a check. Finally, they wrote a check and it was over $600 dollars short. They stated that they were not paying the full price agreed upon because the payoff amount was differnt. The contract that they signed and that I signed clearly shows $55,000. I never said a word about all the dealer fees and pre delivery fees, but they are not living up to the contract we signed. I know $600 is not a big deal, to some people, but it is the principle. They rushed to have me sign my contract then delivered the car over a month later. Again excuses galore. Now the lies … I was told my truck was going to be sold at auction. Then I get a phone call to bring my truck to them before I receive my car because they have a buyer. When my salesman (Hassan) was trying to explain to me why I was not getting the amount agreed upon, he said,”I only made $400 commission on this deal.” Really? Lies,Lies,Lies Bottom line, they sale high end cars, they will nickel and dime you and they will change the story to fit the narrative. If you like high end cars and being lied to and having your signed deal changed so that they can make an extra buck, this is your place.

Inquired about a vehicle if found online and asked why

Inquired about a vehicle if found online and asked why the Shelby stripes on the bumper were removed. I was curious if the bumper cover was replaced. I was informed that the previous owner "didn't like the stripes" and had them removed. It didn't sound right, but there are people that do strange things to collectible vehicles. After some back and forth about the vehicle, I grew cautious when I was told it had 225 more horsepower than it should. Then I was sent a picture of a handheld tuner programmer. I thought, well there goes the warranty. I asked if any other modifications were done to the vehicle since I had noticed that the intake tube was rubber versus carbon fiber. I was told by the sales rep that he spoke to the previous owner and no modifications were done. I reviewed feedback about this dealership online and found some of it to be alarming. So, I decided to hire a third-party inspector from iNEEDaPPi since I was over 8 hours away. Within the same day, they arrived, did the inspection, and provided me a thorough report with pictures and videos. During the inspection, the check engine light illuminated, and the inspector downloaded the codes. It tripped for both left and right catalytic converters out of range. Sales rep told me on the phone that it was just the oxygen sensors, and they would have Ford repair it under warranty. There was also carbon buildup in front of the right valve cover. So in the report, the inspector noted that the catalytic converters were removed and headers were installed, hence the check engine light. The inspector told me that the sale rep, when discovered, said "have you ever inspected a Super Snake? That how they come." That's a flat out lie! Turns out the vehicle was modified, not sure about the bumper stripes story...but makes me believe the bumper cover was replaced. Regardless, using a $200 third-party inspector saved me from making a six-figure mistake. Use extreme caution if you choose to deal with this dealership. The sales reps are only about the sale. They will tell you anything even after an independent inspector finds issues. I will never contact them again as TRUST is more important than a sale. Good luck Hgreglux.

Leo was amazing and super easy to do business with as was one of the finance managers named Andy. Heard many great things about this dealer and they have officially earned my long term business and I will be sending dozens of referrals their way as well.

If i could leave 0 stars I would.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. The window sticker they sent me did not even match the vehicle they sold me once i picked up the vehicle.. furthermore they sold me a warranty that i should be able to cancel. But once the paperwork had been completed they refuse to answer any phone calls and hide behind their desks. I will be making a trip to pompano to see this dealership and cancel the warranties in person but am sure I will get some other type of runaround once I get there. Truly what is wrong with car dealerships in florida. Not to mention they sold me the vehicle not serviced, needing new breaks, needing a differential fluid flush etc etc etc. Absolutely disgusting business tactics.
