This was my first experience buying a vehicle out of state and sight unseen. Leo was my salesperson and guided me through the entire process and answered all of my concerns. He went the extra mile ensuring my wife and I were satisfied with the condition of the QX 80 without physically being there. The paperwork was overnighted with everything highlighted that needed to be initialed and signed with prepaid postage to send back. He called every step of the way from when payment was received to when truck was loaded on trailer. He took care of all the transportation logistics. We were very satisfied when our truck arrived. We actually did NOT buy a car from HGreg Lux but our shopping experience with Leo and his sales manager was so good we had to weigh in with our 5-star shopping experience. We decided to wait another couple of months for the new year to roll around before looking at the 2018s again. The first place we will look for our new car in 2019 is HGreg Lux!
