He was very polite and knowledgeable and had a very comfortable demeanor so I made an appointment to see the car with him. We weren't able to agree on a price for my used car but regardless I found the entire process good and ended up buying the car anyway. Very responsive and never a question about their integrity.

I purchased my Porsche 911 from Hgreg Lux the sales person whose name was Sari was so informative and helpful he made the experience a very smooth transacation. I was not familiar with the dealership prior to this transaction as I found them online, they completely exceeded my expectations and I would defiantly recommend them.

Horrible customer service, Leo and Obie promised us they would come through and we haven?t heard from them since. We purchased a 2012 Mercedes GL 450 in December and at the dealership he was fine and really eager for us to fill out a survey for them upon or purchase. As soon as we drove off he lot not a word from them or anyone at the dealership regarding our headrest or why the tags were taking so long. It took nearly two and half months of calling constantly to get our tags!! And we still haven?t received a head rest that we were promised!! I have been reaching out to them for over a month and no response from anyone at the Pompano Beach dealer!! Really disappointed in the lack of respect, especially when you pay premium money for a car, you would expect premium service. I will be repeating this on as many sites as I can too!! Don?t waste your time!
