Fair and to the point
My sales guy Leo was great. Prices fair. It’s a get u in get you out kind of place. No hours of negotiation with rotating sales people. Just a fast simple process. No rip off “no haggle” place like Mercedes/Auto Nation tries to dictate to you- the customer.

Sale of Vehicle
My husband and I contacted Adam to get information about selling our Infiniti. When we spoke, he gave us all the details needed to make an informed decision in a manner that was very reassuring. We set up the appointment to bring the car to the HGreggLux location where Adam was waiting for us with all the preliminary work completed on his end. He and his staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. We left with a check in hand and experienced a most positive transaction. It is a first class operation.

Unprofessional business!
Horrible dealership.. Guys there are just liers who dont keep their word when it come to selling vehicles. Lied on multiple occasions saying a vehicle was sold when it wasn't! Refused to sell me the car because I wanted to pay cash for it and I didnt want to use their financing group! So unprofessional...

Great experience with Leo Esquivel
HGregLux had the car I was looking at. Took a drive down to meet with Leo Esquival who had text me another time. Called Leo and he told me he’d get the Jeep SRT out and ready for when I arrived. I appreciated it because it was short notice and the car was ready when I arrived. A test drive, review of my trade in and seem less process to purchase. Gas me up and sent me on my way. Upon arriving home I noticed a few crease dings in rear door. Text Leo and he told me to get it fixed and he would compensate me for it. It’s more than a handshake. It’s the comfort that I could refer a family member, friend or client and Leo would make it a great experience!

Shady and Annoying Salesman
I have so much to say about this company. So much, and unlike a lot of the reviews on their google; I promise you I am actually real. I had found this company on cargurus as I was looking for a yellow Urus, pronounced uhhh-russ, the salesman pronounced it YOUR US and as I asked him are you sure thats the way to say it and then he said in italian its errus, but in fact its actually a spanish name (as most lamborghini names are from spain not italy). So anyway I wanted to get trade my 2022 Audi TTRS Heritage Edition and I wanted 100k for it for a trade in. I told him that there was only 50 in the world, 10 of each color and I had 1 of 10 gray. He told me that he would talk to his manager and get back to me. I sent him the vin and called me back asking why he should convince his manager why I should get 100k for this vehicle. There actually was a white one for sale with DOUBLE the miles online with 2k Miles for 93/94K. I told him that it had double the miles and he argued and said that just because mine has 1k miles on it and this had 2k its NOT double. I said how it is not double. He said with car mileage it doesnt work off of a percent. Umm what? If I have 1 dollar and you have 2, you have double the amount I do. Even if it doesnt work that way with cars it has TWICE the amount of mileage mine does. He ends up texting me back saying he would give me 85K for it. Thats basically LOWER than what I had paid for it. I showed him the sticker from the window and the prices online. It didnt matter. I told him I was done talking after the ridiculous low ball offer and then messages me the next day to find out if I sold the car to someone else. Talk about pushy. I told him I was done and to stop messaging me. Thiago was his name. He tells me about recent car auctions and that if I sell the car to let him know. WHY would I let you know? I told you that I dont want anything to do with him the day before. Fast forward another day and he sends me ANOTHER message asking if I sold the car after I told him yesterday and the day before that I didnt want him to contact me anymore. He told me verbatim "Because we don't want your car. They don't sell well. You can sell it to them and get mine. " Talk about rude! Here are the text messages pointing out how much of a pushy terrible salesperson he is. And also to top it off that a lot of their cars come from Canada, this is a huge red flag as this voids the warranty in the states.

Bad experience
I have purchased Mercedes Benz S550 coupe, a very nice car. I brought it to my dealership in West Palm Beach for service and was said by serviceman that the car had been in accidents many times and the body repair was poorly done. Carfax was clean at the same time. I came back to Hgreg and told them to pick up the car and return me money and they said that they have no 3 day return policy but I can choose another car to buy. Very bad experience.
