Good Experience
I interacted with four people while I was there & everyone was very helpful & courteous. I took the shuttle home for the first time & it was very pleasant. Everyone there goes out of their way to help you in any way possible.

Great Service
Our car came with service for the first 24 months and North Point has been exceptional. We bought the car from another dealership but you wouldn't know it. They are fast, professional and always willing to help with any questions or concerns about the car. I will continue to use them after our service contract ends, even if it costs us a little more money.

Purchased a 2015 4runner Limited at a great price.
We had been pricing 4runners at 2 la dealers and I requested an internet price from Northpoint. Rocky responded with a quote that was LIGHT YEARS ahead of the locals. I would recommend Northpoint and Rocky.

Great Experience
Rocky was my salesperson and he did an excellent job. He is very relaxed and truly interested in providing you with what you request. Phillip did a great in Finance. There was NO pressure with this buying experience. They had the car I wanted in an even better model. I am now driving a Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE in Ruby Red and LOVE it! I previously used another local Toyota Dealer and North Point beats them by a mile in the entire experience. I am now on the Preferred Customer plan which works perfectly for me.

Bad service AFTER the sale
I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry on 11-22. The purchase process was great and I have no complaints there. I was told at the time of purchase that the tires passed the inspection so I trusted that. When I got home, I noticed the tread depth of both my front tires were worn down to the point where (I feel) they need to be replaced because it failed the penny test. I called and spoke with Matt on Monday 11-24 and emailed him the pictures of my tires and wanted to see if the dealership was willing to do anything for me. He told me he would talk to his manager and see if it can be approved which is fine. I emailed the sales manager Monday night to make sure management was aware of the issue. I never heard anything back. On Tuesday morning 11-25 I left a voicemail message and never heard back. That afternoon I called again and asked to speak to a live manager, not a voicemail. I spoke with Sales Director and he told me the tires passed the inspection and I can bring in the vehicle for them to inspect again. But since I live in Conway, I didn?t want to make the trip unless I was certain something was going to be done for me. So I emailed him the pictures and he said he will check with the service/inspection team and then call me back. I never heard back. It?s been over 1 week and I give up. I want to be clear that the reason I?m not satisfied with my experience is because I never heard anything back after sending multiple emails and talking to multiple people, not because they couldn?t replace my tires. I only wanted to see if anything can be done and someone could?ve followed-up with me, even to let me know that there?s nothing they can do. But I got nothing so it seems like customer service AFTER the sale isn?t important here. I will not recommend anyone to come here.
