As with previous reviews, I was told that I was getting a simple standard Gap insurance. Instead, they added all this other stuff which when explaining it to me, they were misleading. I feel that they also took advantage of me because I had just finished my last chemotherapy so was a bit foggy-brained. Here is what was on my paperwork: *Optional Gap Contract ...$355 *Dealer Admin. Fee ...$699.00 USWC Service Contract ...$3,164.00 Etch Theft Protect...$999.00 KAHU 1 ...$699 *License/Registration Fees ...$140.75 The items listed with an asterisk, I have no quarrel towards, everything else xxx! I have no idea what USWC is, nor the Etch Theft Protection, nor the KAHU and I certainly did not ask to have an extended Gap policy! That is a total of a total of $4,862 of my $6,000 down payment! The sale price was for 16,545.47, (includes 551.47 sales tax) they essentially applied none of my down payment to the principle! When I called to speak to someone about these charges, no one was available and they did NOT return my call! To make matters worse, they did not sign the warranty!

Ever Again with Apex Imports
This is a follow up to a previous review, I purchased a Porsche Panamera S e-hybrid in April. They did not let me know that the car had never been serviced (29,000 miles on it). Driving it home I noticed the stereo didn’t work and a low oil warning popped up on it. I took to my mechanic and found out the the car had been in a wreck and the PCM was blown. So far I’m up to $10,011 in repairs. And to add insult to injury I get a notice from the DMV that my old plate had never been turned in, so I’m dealing with that now. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

Awful!
Made offer online. Set up time to test drive and get trade-in evaluated. Called to verify. Spoke to sales rep and trade in manager. Said they could not take a deposit or sell me car over phone because I was paying in cash. I was hesitant to drive all the way out there and the vehicle could be gone. Was reassured it wasn't busy and not to worry the car will still be there. Asked them to call me if anything changed and they said no problem. Got off phone, left work early, and drove 2 hours. When I arrived they took my license and went to get the car. Then they told me we sold the car about an hour ago. I said why didn't anyone call me? Sales manager said he was sorry and they had other vehicles on the lot. No remorse, nothing.

Don't try to sell things that people dont want!!!
The Sales guy was nice. But this dealership will try to make you buy a Lojack system. I was going to purchase from them until I saw an added cost of $999 for the LoJack. I told them that I didn't want it. I was told that the owner wants it on all the cars they sell. I told them that I still dont want it... They lowered the price to $299. I told them that I still didn't want the LoJack. In short they let $27000 leave their lot over a dang LoJack...It was a deal breaker! I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Will never go back, the aggression and determination to make me buy something I don't want or need. Total waste of time!!! Oh well I guess they enjoy seeing that car on their lot...

Stay far away!
Terrible experience. I totaled my car and was ready to purchase a new vehicle, I let my wife pick out what she wanted she showed me an online showing for the car she found it looked sharp from the photos and I agreed to go look at it. We get there and go for a “test drive” the salesman told me I was only allowed to spin the block and not to go off of the test drive route that they had planned. So I never got to take it on the highway. I told them I was trying to finance through my credit Union for a good interest rate and they said well I’m sure we can beat that and they waited with the vehicle locked until it was too late for us to go to the credit Union and brought us back to financing where I was presented with 5% interest rate and the stupid Kahu device that they never sent me a code for so that I could use so really just an extra 1000 dollar fee for no reason then acted as if it was soo important that I get a 3000$ warranty and 900$ gap insurance. My wife being with me during the buying experience was like it’s okay honey better to have it and not need it I guess writhing 2 days I got a routine maintenance alert that popped up on the dash meaning that they didn’t change the oil before selling the car… who does that?? And when I went to use the wiper blades the actual wiper was dangling by a thread so it was just scraping metal against the windshield. After 3 days with that vehicle I opened the door to get in and a piece of the dash board was hanging out! And huge gouges on the ceiling of the vehicle. Mind you I purchased a vehicle with low mileage that was only 2 years old! How the actual crap is soo much stuff wrong with the car and it’s only 2 years old!? I didn’t do an intensive look into all the details of the vehicle because like I said low mileage 2 years old. And the BS car fax they gave me said it only had 1 owner but after having the car for only 3 days it was a way worse product then my very first car I bought that off some bootlegger on Craigslist for 2500$ at least he cleaned out the car… we popped the trunk yesterday after buying some grocery and there was literal trash in the trunk! I would never recommend them and honestly I’m overall disappointed in them for selling that piece of crap and I’m disappointed in my self for ever going there and purchasing the vehicle.

Not recommended
I would not recommend working with this dealership due to their poor customer service. Problems I encountered: they charged me for a "required" anti-theft device and didn't install it. I had to return for installation. The car wasn't cleaned well, and the wiper blades were in desperate need of replacement. The battery died a week after I bought the car. They didn't give me an extra key, found it months later, and asked me to drive from Durham to Apex to pick it up. They never gave me a manual, and the sales rep said it's just as easy to look it up online.

Great
Elie is the best salesman I’ve ever met. He sold me a truck, without seeming pushy. He was on the ball and answered all of my questions. Very respectful and humble!
