Great customer service ! Beautiful building ! Arnie took GREAT care of us . He was knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality . He had just gotten a haircut ! Looking good Arnie ! Angela was very gracious when I made the initial call and spoke with her . A winning team for sure . P.S. : I have experience in customer service after 47 years and I know outstanding when I see it ! Highly recommend Apex Imports and Arnie !

I am overwhelmed with how great our experience was! Our salesman Kyle was great, super informative and not at all pushy! He was extremely patient when my kids weren’t and made the experience go smoothly! We were happy with our trade in value and the price of our new car. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!

Buyer beware
The sold me a Benz with Perelli tires. However they failed to mention that two of the tires were patched up. In addition, one of the patched up tires has the patch on the side wall. Well, I had to buy $2K of brand new tires.

You will probably get scammed too.
Don't give them your business if you want to avoid headaches/possibly getting scammed. Two reasons I am writing this review: 1. The finance guy Bill straight up lied to my face about their warranty. I asked him MULTIPLE times if it was a one time payment of the 225 he said it was, and he said yes. Over and over again, he said yes. I said I would be stupid not to accept it then. Turns out it is a total of 2500 added to the overall price of the car and when I called up and asked him today, he said "Yes, it is a one time payment every month" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I already have signed everything so now I am stuck paying 2.5k over what I thought we had agreed on. 2. The back and fourth went on for a few weeks when buying my car and at first I was looking at a 2018 Nissan Kicks, we couldn't agree on a price and so I kept looking. I ended up coming back to buy a different car and while signing the papers I was talking to Bill and he said "oh, yeah. It is a good thing you didn't buy that car actually. It was so cheap because there was a ton of structural damage to the car." Through all of the back and forth there was NEVER ANY mention of any structural damage of that car I was looking at. Extremely displeased with the service I have received and feel like everyone is just sleazy trying to turn you over for a quick buck.

Horrible attitude from "Sales man"
Improve your customer service. If your sales manager hasn't bought a vehicle from abroad, that doesn't mean it can't be done. Thank you for having me apply to a vehicle loan and then telling me no you need to have someone on the site to sign for the paperwork. Whenever you have the will to sell the vehicle you can call me. Disgusting attitude from people, you don't talk back to your customers even if you've also served in the military and then question them about where they are, what's their MOS as if someone was making these up.

Beware of dealer fee
I offered full cash price for an advertised car. I was told there was a $700, fee that would be added to their price. They encouraged me to travel to the dealership but nothing was said about their fee. I think they want customers to travel to their location, then they spring the surprise fee at the end of the transaction. They do not honor their advertised price.

The Highlight of 2018
We schedule an appointment because another family member was equally pleased with their purchase experience and had recommended Keith Craven. I went to Apex Imports with the intention of looking at cars in order to gauge what I would want to purchase. I had visited multiple dealerships and had an appointment at Apex with Keith Craven. Upon arriving, I looked at multiple cars and had one in mind that I would have been interested in, however, it was missing a feature. Keith asked me to walk with him, as he had another vehicle in mind. I loved the vehicle and he took time to work with me in making sure I had what I was looking for and keeping it in my price range. I can't thank him enough and am forever grateful.
