I consigned our 1991 corvette with CarNation Auto buyers , and dealt with Joseph, the GSM. Car was sold for $6,500 but due to consignment and other fees that were deducted I wasn’t happy with the net proceeds. I was , in fact, devastated. Joseph explained the math involved . I begged for leniency and had my son meet up with him. To make the story short , my son did meet up with him, to ask for more favorable proceeds. My son was impressed with the outcome of the meeting. Joseph shook hands with my son and promised to give leniency so I can get a little more monetary value. He was willing to negotiate and sacrifice some monetary fees to accommodate me., a senior, at that!!!! Way to go, Joseph! Thank you!!! The saga continues , as he had invited my son and myself to meet up with him and come up with favorable ending . Looking forward to this meeting!

AVOID THEM. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH

AVOID THEM. They claim everything will be 'easy' because it is done all in one place. They made a lot of promises, so we bought an older car then we had originally been looking for. We took the car home with the promised updates not yet completed. They said everything would be done the following week. The dealership went back on all their promises. Now we have an older car with none of the updated features they offered to get us to buy it in the first place. Even worse, they have said 'not to contact them again.'

It pains us to know that we let you down and did not meet your expectations. While CarNation does strive to get vehicles through the proper inspections before delivery, sometimes we are unable to get this accomplished by the time of delivery or if the vehicle is being delivered from out of state. We do apologize this was not completed ahead of time for your convenience. We appreciate the feedback you have provided us as we are always looking to improve the customer experience.

from 1 start to superstar

From 1 start to superstar.This is a follow up for my original review which I took down in which I gave them 1 star. I had some serious issues but they came through with the fixes so it's only fair I revise it. Let me tell you the story.I bought this car around September 16th I may be off a day but I bought it sight unseen i live in New Mexico. We made an agreement on the purchase price and shipping. For the most part all that went smooth and I got the title before I got the car. Communication was good and I did have some questions and Rob and Joe called me back and alleviated those concerns. I believe I called a few times with questions and they always got back to me in a timely manner. When I received the car a few days later that's when things turned sour. When the car arrived the driver told me it had leaked oil on the other cars below it. When I went to go look all his cars where covered in oil. I have pics of it and it literally looked like someone took a quart of oil and dumped it on the cars below. I drove the car from his hauler to my garage which was about 30 feet away. When I lifted the car up to inspect the leak I already had a puddle of oil on the driveway. I started the car and you could see oil spewing from the oil pan area and that's when I snapped or as Joe said it went "nuclear". This was on a Sunday late afternoon. They are closed on a Sunday. BUT I decided to go off and email Joe and call him and there was no answer. SO instead of waiting until Monday when they are open to get this resolved I decided to blast them on FB,Google,Yelp and the BBB. Joe got back to me and he was not happy and asked me to take the reviews down so we could resolve this. I did not at the time and was taking it to the next level. Joe asked me several times to take the reviews down or he would not help me resolve the issues. We talked on the phone and I had a lot of colorful words for him. Again Joe asked me to take the reviews down so we could resolve the issues but I was seeing red and was not listening to anything he said. After a few emails and phone calls I finally calmed down and Joe asked me what it would take to get the car fixed. I still had not driven it because I did not want to blow the motor or keep adding oil. I am pretty mechanically inclined and knew that the oil an gasket and oil pan manifold needed to be changed. I did find a mechanic that would not price gouge me and knew what he was doing. If anyone knows these northstar motors they are a pain to work on and for the oil an issues to be fixed you have to pull the motor BUT there are ways not to if you are a good mechanic. After talking with Joe he said take it to the mechanic and have them fix it and we will go from there. The mechanic had the car for a little over a week almost 2 and again I drove it 30 feet in 2 plus weeks. After it was all said and done I got the car back and sent Joe the bill and they said they would pay for ALL of it. Now I made sure that I wasn't going to be overcharged but if anyone knows what this work it's a 1500 to 2000 dollar job it's not cheap or easy. So I felt I would do them a solid and insure I got a deal on it and also to make sure I don't get stuck with the bill.As of today 11/4 after my revised review they will be sending me money today and the rest next month which I agreed to. So kudos to these guys for stepping up like business men and taking care of the issues.That says a lot So a few things I can admit when I am wrong and being a complete pain in the xxx which I was. So for that I want to apologize to Joe and Rob. I think once these guys seen all the pictures of the issues they knew why I was livid but again I did not give them a fair opportunity to fix it. To me it's not about what you get but how it's fixed if there are issues. I did not give them that opportunity to fix the issues but after all this and after me being an xxx they still are going to fix the issues buy paying for the repairs. Now to me that is great ser

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Stay away, the owner is horrible, switched the price on me, admitted it wasn't written anywhere on the website, serious egomaniac and isn't interested in your business, just wants to yell at you. Seroiusly I don't know how he makes any sales at all. Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership! Look at the 1-star reviews on yelp they all say the same thing. Beware!

Great Quick Service. Sold my car and got another.

I was in a bind after being injured at work and found this place through google. After much research I found they seemed to be the best around. So I went to see what they could do for me. Not only was I able to get a great deal selling my car I did not have to worry about finding a cheaper one and taking the train home for a 70 mile journey. I will miss my beautiful reliable car but got another older one in trade plus some cash in my pocket till I can get back on my feet. Very smooth transaction. Got all the paperwork done while I relaxed on a comfortable sofa and watched TV. I was injured at work so this really helped a big deal. Plus there is more room for the kid and furry kids my girlfriend was so happy to hear what a good day I had. Thanks so much everyone. Wish you the best.

We L��ve CarNation. Perfect!

Great service from start to finish. Rob was our salesperson, never pushy and very accommodating. Rob delivered on his promise to get us on the road in a nice BMW with a reasonable down payment and car payments we could afford. Mike, our finance director, was very easy to deal with and put no pressure on us to purchase any "extras." He was very thorough and even shared his personal record keeping program where he has kept accurate records of every single customer he has helped during his time with CarNation. Michelle was our concierge that helped us set up our phones and made sure the car was full of gas and shiny! (We had to rush because we had another engagement, but Rob contacted us via email the next day to tell us he's available anytime if need any assistance with our new ride's many cool features.) CarNation was our first experience with a luxury model as well as our first time financing a car and they made everything crystal clear and enjoyable. I highly recommend!
