Todd Wenzel Superstore

Twice we inquired about some vehicles. We weren't able to come to an agreement on either vehicle. The first vehicle we made an offer and they turned it down. About two weeks later the salesman called and said that he could make the deal work. We drove to the dealership and met with the salesman and they actually wanted more than our first offer so we ended up leaving. Then about two more weeks later Todd Wenzel had lowered the price below what we offered but never contacted us. We let it go. The second vehicle (different salesman), we couldn't come to an agreement on the price. Before we left we were told that they would watch out for other vehicles in our range and when it came in we would be contacted. I recently saw a vehicle on Cars.com from Todd Wenzel and have yet to receive a call. Makes me wonder what kind of service I would get if I ever needed it. They don't seem very anxious to sell a vehicle. Very hesitant to shop there.

I'm very busy with not much time (or desire) to spend fiddling around car shopping. I needed a safe car for my daughter. I appreciate the honest and quick response to my questions. They even made suggestions to other vehicles I hadn't considered. Got it done. Thanks!!
