Salesperson was great, but the facility itself is fraudulent. When you buy a car, they have you sign a "you owe/we owe" document that pretends to be a contract. It appears to have no legal effect. One and Only does not stand behind what they owe, and once you give your deposit to purchase a car, that money is gone (just ignore their claim of a 7-day refund; it's non-existent). They will also lie to you -- their salesman will say one thing, which I happen to have in writing; and their "enforcer" will say the opposite, claiming the salesman said no such thing, which I also happen to have in writing. They will additionally tack on extra fees to the original car price, after changing the advertised price of the car. (In my case, price went up $1000 after it was advertised on their website for less)

disgraceful place!
This dealership displays false pricing. I called about an ad from cars.com and I was told by the owner (he informed me that’s who he was) that the Mercedes... I wanted to purchase would cost me $1600 more in fees than the online price. I asked why was that not listed so that people wouldn’t waste their time calling and calling. And he was silent so I ask isn’t that illegal he simply hung up! Run from this place they have egregious business practice if a company starts out with false advertising than rest assured the products will be failing in a lot of areas.

consumer
I asked Dave what was the total on advertised price of $3,999.00 Dave told me to add $599 $299.00. I informed Dave charging over online advertised price (such as $599. dealer fees) is unlawful. Dave stated he has been doing it for years and will continue. I let Dave know I will contact Georgia Atty General and he hung up on me.

One and Only Motors ... Deceptive Advertising
I inquired about a used vehicle which was advertised on Cars.com. I was told by the dealership there would be an extra charge of about $1000 in excess of the purchase price for dealer fees, TVAT, Tag and Title .... This was a vehicle which was under year 2002 so the TVAT was less than $100 and Tag and Title fees are under $40 ... The state of Georigia considers it deceptive advertising to add on fees to a vehicle purchase which are not part of the advertised price... Search all of One and Only motors advertising and there are not additional fees listed ... However call or text and they will identify the nearly $1000.00 in additional costs to the advertised price... Vehicle Dealers who start out deceiving their potential customers, are dealerships the public needs to steer clear of... Adding fees to an advertised price is illegal in Georgia...

One and Only Motors - Manny was awesome!!
Our experience in buying a good used car for our grandson was awesome! The vehicle we bought was clean and in excellent working condition. We may have paid more overall than the actual value of the Volkswagen, but we were pleased with the condition and running of the vehicle. A few minor repairs that were not costly. We dealt with Manny and he was honest and made sure we understood everything! Thanks Manny for your help!

Wait what!?
I went to look for a used car to get me back on the road and I ended up seeing a car that I really liked. Well it was better on screen than it was in person. The seller that was with me showed me the car and told me that the battery needed repairs and asked for $200 to put the car in shop to get repaired. I asked how come it wasn't fixed before and he told me that it was one of the cars that lastly considered. Then, left while I was looking for another car so I had to go play where's Waldo to find him. I have no clue if it was just that day but I dont know if I want to gamble with cars over there.

no photos...
despite several requests over several weeks. I am shopping for a Range Rover, and they've had a few show up on Cars.com that I was possibly interested in. some newly listed ones had the Photos Coming Soon banner, so I gave it a bit of time. I made numerous requests for photos, to no avail. but I did keep getting the 'when can you come in' emails. now I live 100 miles away, so it ain't like I can just pop in. before I go, I want to see the vehicles I'm interested in. if this dealership can't be bothered to post photos in something approaching a timely manner, I can't be bothered to make the drive to see them.

Crooks
Beware this place is a crooked and fraudulent. They are nice at first to get your business then treat you like garbage after they knowingly sell you a lemon. Most of their cars have some type of mechanical issues. Beware of this place. This place has committed many unlawful practices and will be reported to the Georgia Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Beware of these devils in sheep clothing.

Horrible Place/Service
ZERO STARS!!! Bought a car, I bought their lies. I asked if there was any issues with the car, engine, transmission etc... “No issues at all” Dave said. They had to jump it for a test drive. I should have walked away then. I bought the car and on my way home the check engine light comes on. I called and they said they would get whatever repair it was, fixed. I dropped off the car. I called for updates and now I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone. They lied over and over. Between Dave and Kash they both told me different stories and then Kash, the owner, yelled at me “ he didn’t have time for this”!!!! Also, he would NOT tell me what the problem was or what repair was needed. Then told me it was fixed about a week later. Refused to give or show me any documentation of the repair. The check engine light was still on. I reported it to the BBB. The Better Business Bureau attempted 3 times, even with a certified letter to get them to respond to the complaint. They never acknowledge it. The BBB advised me to get a lawyer. They write their own reviews to fraudulently represent the dealership (that’s against the law). *** , fake positive reviews are a form of false advertising, prohibited by the Lanham Act (a federal law).*** Very unprofessional. I’d read all the negative reviews if you’re thinking about going there. They are pretty much the same review . STAY AWAY, GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU AND YOUR MONEY IS APPRECIATED. You work hard for it, we all do. They will scam you. Strongly advise everyone to report them to the BBB. They NEED to be shut down.

Don't get overcharged don't pay Delivery fee
The salesman Dave tried to scam me. I saw a vehicle online advertised for $3,499. We got to the table and was given the final quote of $4500 which included a delivery charge of $599. After negotiations he took off $200. Upon looking up delivery charges in Georgia I discovered that it is illegal for dealerships to charge that fee if it's not advertised in the online price. I brought this to Dave attention and he was like he has seen that but that's what they charge. I said okay but that's illegal to do. His response was he had given me $200 off. I told him okay but I'm not going to pay $600 more that he allowed to charge me. Then the response was well then I won't sell you the car. My response at that point was to leave the establishment and I contacted the regulatory agency that oversees the law. I am in the process of providing documentation and filling a formal complaint. So if you see an online price only pay that price plus taxes no delivery charge fee. It's illegal!!
