Surge is the worst he doesn't call you back they sell you a lemon and it don't try to help you to fix it stay away from this car dealership you've been warned horrible customer service they sell raggedy old cheap cars that's not even worth $500 and try to get you to sell it for thousands and when you trade your car and they give you pennies on the dollar and turn around and sell it for thousands stay away

Very nice sales rep we spoke on the phone for about 10 to 15 minutes and he at the time went though every question I had and helped me find out what kind of vehicle I wanted 08 Nissan Xterra. Great vehicle by the way and I am very pleased

We came and checked out as many cars as I wanted to. Andre followed us with his phone and instantly told us the price and mileage of each car, right as we approached each one! After that, it was as simple as a few test drives and I had my car ready to buy! Will come back again if I need another used car!

Oops! Reviewed too soon!
The salesperson asked that I complete the initial review and give 5 stars to get a maintenance service package. (Hence so many positive reviews). Turns out that the only place to get the service through the service package is inconvenient because of the distance even though the flyer Judy’s that there are many convenient locations. Within 20 days of buying the car, the engine light came on. That happy accommodating customer service that I received when purchasing the car began and ended with “I’m sorry to hear that”. When trying to figure out the problem, another mechanic, not apart of One and Only Motors, told me to put a product in the gas tank and he turned off the engine light. That light stayed off for over a week before popping back on. Hmm 🤔, Looks like I got hoodwinked. Within 60 days, my clutch went out. I didn’t bother calling One and Only Motors. The cost to repair the catalytic converter, slave cylinder, and clutch $2,670.00. Current Kelly Blue Book value of the vehicle that I bought from One and Only Motors with just the engine light on, about $564.00. Price I paid One and Only Motors, just over $5,000. I’m in pain.
