The buying experience was exceptional pleasant because of Gerry Flynn's professionalism. He was able to represent the dealership and make my buying experience very fair in my opinion. He was reliable in his communication with me at all times. I could count on a response to be quick and now after the sale I can say it was always 100% accurate. Let me repeat - Professional, Reliable and Trustworthy would be how I describe Gerry. I should also add that he adjusted his schedule meet my schedule, an unselfish gesture to a stranger who happened to be purchasing an automobile.

My husband and I visited four dealerships yesterday. At the first one, the sales person knew nothing about the cars he was showing us. We were discouraged. The second dealership was Astorg. Gerry Flynn took time to explain details about the cars. When we left to look at cars at other locations, there was no pressure. By early afternoon, we realized we wanted one of the cars at Astorg, but just as importantly, that we wanted to work with that dealership. I called Gerry to let him know that we were returning and he had the cars ready for more test drives and then compared the two top choices for us so we could make an informed decision. Every step of the process was made easy for us. I also like the fact that they use a local bank - United - for financing.

Had bought a GLK previously from this dealership and wanted to find a larger model of a Mercedes to trade for. We ended up reading and buying 2 Mercedes. The GLE is AWESOME and a great vehicle. We also bought a GLC Sport, which I dearly love. However, on the third day I started hearing a knock. Astorg came after the vehicle and left us another to use. It seems the Sport model has soft tires and knocks in cold weather. The Mercedes manager said that he understood why I was upset and bought four new all season tires at their expense. They went out of their way for us to buy both vehicles as well as correct a problem. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them. Great dealership!
