Astorg Auto of Charleston

I live in Ohio and was looking for a used LR 4 Land Rover (I love the LR 4 body style and don't like the new replacement) and came upon this dealership in Charleston, W. VA. I got Steve Reese on the phone who was the friendliest guy and super helpful. Any questions he couldn't answer right then on the phone, he hung up, found the car, found the answers, and called me back within 10 minutes! I told him since I didn't live there, I really wanted to make my visit as short as possible, so he took down all my information, had the paperwork ready -- and the entire process took less than half an hour (which included me taking the car for a quick test drive!). Rusty Harrison, the manager who helped me with all the financing was also great - and as friendly as Steve, and the rate they got me was super low. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. They are first class in service and a real pleasure to do business with.

I generally do not leave reviews, but I’ll make an exception in the case of Astorg Auto of Charleston because they truly exemplify outstanding customer service. I was coming from over 2 and 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so Steven Reese provided me with an excellent walk around video of the vehicle before I decided to come down. Once I arrived, the vehicle was already out front for my inspection and dealer tags were on it for my test drive. Since it was used, there was a small issue discovered during inspection, but Tyler Astorg offered to have it fixed. They also delivered the vehicle to me so I didn’t need to make a return trip. I’ve had good experiences at a few other dealerships, but the experience at Astorg Auto of Charleston was so far above the every other dealership that despite my distance from the dealership, I would have no hesitation making the trip to purchase another vehicle from them.

Very courteous upfront and friendly salesman!!! VERY happy with our purchase and will buy from here in the future!! Would highly recommend this dealership if in the market for a Land Rover!!!

I have been looking for this car in this color with thw brogue interior fir months but I could not find one to actually see the body style. I found one in Georgia and had decided ti deive there to get it. Luckily Diana was persistent enough to asaure me she could get this and have it brought here. She delivered as promised.

My first experience with this dealership. Everyone was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially Eric Slusser. He found me the Jeep I was looking for...he brought the vehicle to me to look at and test drive. He kept me well informed at all times during the process. Eric made the entire buying process smooth and everything went fast. I must say I've never been treated so well. To top it off, my Jeep was out front with a big Red Bow and a personalized sign saying congrats of your new Jeep!!

I bought a Range Rover Velar at Land Rover of Charleston, and I had the best customer service ever. Diana took care of me and even delivered the vehicle all cleaned up to my house the next day. She made the experience very pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle -she showed me how to work every bell and whistle in my Velar. I definitely recommend this dealership and Diana as a salesperson!
