Dover Honda

This was my first time buying a new car, and Alan has set the bar high for my future car purchases. He gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision, but did not pressure me into anything. I told him what I needed and what I wanted, and he gave me all of my options and let me decide. I spent a total of 3 hours at the dealership to buy a new car, over 2 days, and most of that time was me trying to decide which car I wanted. I recommend Alan to everyone and will buy from him again!

My wife and I went in just to take a test drive of the Honda CRV-EX and drove home that evening in our new car! Paula answered all our questions, responded pro-actively to our financing concerns, and together with Marsha put together a package that definitely met our needs. Plus, the CRV was a superior vehicle to others we were considering. A great car buying experience.

After test driving many vehicles at different dealerships, we returned to Dover Honda for two reasons. First, the 2017 CRV was our favorite of the vehicles we tested, hands down! Second, the experience we had at Dover Honda initially was wonderful. Charley and Ric gave us their best price on the vehicle from the get-go and were very straightforward. We were very happy with the purchase price of the vehicle that we ultimately chose. In addition, Charley was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very transparent and honest in all steps of the process, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We also had a great experience with Sarah in Finance. We purchased our Civic at Dover Honda in 2013 and are so happy we returned to purchase another vehicle here. The experience Dover Honda provides its customers is, in our opinion, significantly different than what the typical car dealership provides. Everyone is honest, upfront, friendly, and genuine. We look forward to returning here to have both of our vehicles serviced and will absolutely consider purchasing our next vehicle from Dover Honda! We would highly recommend purchasing a car here/servicing a car here to anyone.

Hands down the best experience I've had in a car purchase ; ) No pressure, super easy to work with, very informative, straightforward, honest and got the job done with minimal effort on my behalf.
