we were not happy with the 2022 ford escape and was not going back to a ford dealership for the next upgrade for any reason we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted for the next vehicle before going to the Honda dealership. A lot of questions about certain vehicles were asked and answered to our needs. we drove away Honda dealership with the vehicle we knew we wanted, not talked into. great service, John!
