I experienced nothing but class with everyone at the dealership. I contacted the dealership from car gurus online and got in touch with Winnert. We set up an appointment that day after work and got to test drive the vehicle and look over some numbers. There was no rush to buy a vehicle as I told him I would like to think it over and make sure I have everything in place before I jump into something. I put down a deposit for the vehicle knowing that I was going back the next day to make the final decision. There were a few things. Had noticed on the car (touch light inside was out, battery in key for door locks was dead) I came back the next day to both of those issues being fixed and a clean car with fresh oil and gas. I sat with Jose for a while as well going over numbers and a warranty that would work for what I wanted. I had several questions about the loan and some break downs and he talked me through all of them and explained everything in detail without rushing through anything or making me feel uncomfortable with any decisions. I will certainly recommend someone going to this place for a new car.

Good Experience. Nice show room with music and tv. Water and coffee was there when needed. Clean restroom. Service was quick and paper work done fast.

They tell you a car you are interested in is available over the phone and when you arrive, you are told the vehicle you have traveled to see is not only broken but already sold as well. All in less than 24 hours after a confirming telephone call and an unnecessary 200 mile trip from Delaware and back. Olivia (if that was her real name) didn't bother to call me if the car was sold in the meantime, even though I specifically requested such a call to avoid a trip for nothing. Olivia, by the way, was busy when I arrived. Yeah right! Bait and switch just to get you in the door. Look elsewhere and don't get sucked-in like I did. They couldn't/wouldn't even offer a believable excuse/apology.

This was my first time purchasing a car and the salesman Winnert was very enthusiastic in helping me. He showed that he truly cared in helping me and not just trying to make a quick sale. I definitely would purchase from him again in the future for sure!
