We had a really great buying experience. Gino the dealer was honest and very helpful. We were quite satisfied with the price. They did a lot of nice things, like offering free water and coffee, making the paperwork fast, providing games for the kids, and giving the car a fresh wash.

I posed a question about the vehicle listed for sale and the dealership responded three times but never addressed the question I had regarding the vehicle. Three separate emails (seemingly automated) asking when I would like to come in to test drive the vehicle. Gotta answer the question because the response might make me say “I’m on my way!”, or never mind. With no answer, I’ll just leave it at never mind. If this is the way you respond to buyers, I’ll find another vehicle at a more customer appreciative dealership or keep driving what I have until I do.
