I had bought a car for my daughter and worked with winnert and he was very professional and great to work with! I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family to work with him!

Do not recommend!!!!! Bought my son a car here and was advised 100 + point inspection done, everything good to go! That was a lie! 2 hours after leaving I was on the phone with them, bad clunking, bring it in the next day. That night it was “fixed”. Left and 5 minutes later turned around bc it was not fixed. Next day same thing, car is fixed - pick it up , nope still not fixed! In 8 days the car was there 3 times and still not fixed correctly! Last go around we offered to pay for parts just so we didn’t have to go back!!! The only “good thing” I will say is they never turned me away! Luckily we live close! I explained multiple times the car is not safe for my son! It’s still not 100% and my husband and son have been under the car multiple times! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

Jim is awesome car salesman. He sold me a Honda accord 2014 lx-s. Everything important was working well except for a small chip on windshield. He offered to get it fixed. Emmanuel waga

I called about a car I liked. I gave them my information over the phone because they are about an hour away. I wanted to make sure they could make it work. The guy got back to me by text, using a wrong name. He said he was working on it. Then I never heard from them again. I got a credit warning a couple days after that about my new car loan. I flagged it because I donn't have a car loan. Maybe they were to busy trying to juggle to many things at once. My impression of them trying to do business over the phone was not favorable.

They tried to charge me $THOUSANDS more for bank fees to finance the car. Cars were very dirty as well

First time at Bridge Auto Group and we are very pleased with everything. Ron is great and he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible, and it all did!! We love our GMC Acadia and thank Ron for everything!!

Sold me a car with a bad transmission it broke down in less then 6 months never tried to fix it

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This place hustles you out of your money! I paid cash for the vehicle I bought from them told them to fix the driver’s side window it wouldn’t go up or down the same day I bought it. They wouldn’t give me my money back and claimed they fixed it. It still doesn’t work after bringing it back 3 times! And it won’t pass inspection! A simple window? They are incompetent! And it broke down on me 3 times, I’ve had it towed back to them still no fix with a 90 day warranty. I have 5 kids, family and friends that will be making bad reviews. And I work for a law firm that is barred in Jersey. You asked for it this time! I’m going to do everything in my power to have this business shut down if I don’t get my money back!

The experience was good and now I have a nice car to drive and enjoy
