They sell damaged cars, don’t answer phone calls when they get paid. It’s messed up because I thought they were cool people but they turned out to be frauds.

The staff there was very friendly and nice and was ready to go once the dealership open at 9am Chris was awesome and he was able to put me in a test drive of the car I wanted immediately. Jim was able to close the deal swiftly and effectively working with my budget and was super fair with the price awesome team and super friendly.

I recently purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5 at Bridge Auto Group and all I can say is awesome! The car runs like new clean interior pristine engine, extremely reliable vehicle exactly what I was looking for.They made my car buying experience a very pleasant one. Went in to test drive a car and was roundly ignored by the 2 staff there. They came out to the lot while I was checking out the inventory with a customer who left shortly after and never acknowledged me. I walked into the showroom and asked to test drive a specific vehicle and was told to sign in. Then they walked away to have a loud conversation in another part of the building and never came back. I was the only customer there. Not a good look.

Staff was very nice and helpful and was able to work with concerns I had on buying my car. Process was quick and easy. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a used car.

Asked multiple time on the phone if there was anything known wrong with the car before I drove 3 hours. Drove 3 hours and knew power steering was bad as soon as I took the car out of the parking spot. Rust was also bad. The dudes were generally ok, but definitely not exceptional customer service. Don't travel too far for this dealer as its likely they won't care enough to give you an honest answer.

We drove 2 hours to visit Bridge Auto because we saw a car they had online that we were interested in. Jose San Pedro and Salesmen, Jim and others were extremely caring, diligent and helpful in our purchase of the 2014 Mercedes Benz we were interested in. Another salesmen, Dan even helped us program our phone in the car and then we were on our way home. We highly recommend Bridge Auto Sales. My son was in urgent need of a vehicle because his previous car was flooded and was beyond repair. I found a 2013 Honda Civic on Car Guru that Bridge Auto had for sale on their lot, at a reasonable price. My son was not able to qualify to buy this car on his own but Jose was extremely helpful in assisting my son and I to purchase this vehicle. He was able to get my son in a much better vehicle (2015 Honda Accord) and the monthly payment is only slightly higher for a much better car. My son is very happy with the car.
