Best car buying experience EVA!!

I give the CarSense experience and Monty Buehler five stars! Being an independent woman and looking to buy a car... well let's just say it's hard. I was referred to CarSense and did my research. Having the two type of cars I was looking for AND with the mottos of "No haggling" and "Treating others how we would want to be treated is the CarSense Way"...well I totally HAD to go check this out. I was floored! It was so welcoming as soon as I walked in! Everyone was upbeat, happy and helpful! And Monty Buehler... Wow what a guy! He was so laid back, easy going, upfront, not to mention...has a great sense of humor and was a total trooper for dealing with me. There was absolutely NO haggling and it falls true with the "Treating others how we would want to be treated is the CarSense Way!" Needless to say... My decision came easy and so did the price, I ended up with the perfect Fiat for me. CarSense has got it going on! Positive business model, happy employees and happy customers! :)

Bad experience Chester Springs to the Cranberry location

Went in, had a good experience with the car buying process with Steve. Drove a similar car, different color, but wanted the blue 2013 Sentra from the Chester Springs location. Paid $195 non refundable fee to transfer it. Waited 2 days, went to pick it up, it had a big gash in the dashboard and several chips on it. They advertise near perfect cars, they are not in my experience. The car also needed a recall done on it, and also the oil change sticker was expired. I was so ticked I finally took the car back after the weekend to try and get it straightened out. They gave me a loaner and fixed the stuff they could. Patched the dash, it is ok, but not like new now. I have not been happy since I picked up the car. The oil change sticker is still out of date, and I was told to bring it back after 4000 miles by one guy there, and he had no idea on the phone what to do. I talked to the manager Ryan, he gave me a free $35 oil change on my next visit. After I got the car home a second time, I also noticed a big gash in the drivers tire too, so eventually I am going to have to get a new tire, and I did not even call them about that one, because they try to be friendly, but just want to give you the car and get the sale, and not help you. It just ticks me off that they never checked these things before I took the car. It is totally their fault they were not fixed, and stem from the misrepresentation from the Chester Springs location as well. I just got tired of running all the way to Cranberry when I live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. We were thinking of getting a Rogue from them too after we first went the first time, but after our experience there, we decided not even to go there looking, and are looking at dealerships instead.

Christina is all about the customer!

I had the best car buying experience EVER! I have purchased many cars from many dealerships but Car Sense makes it work without any hassle. Christina was extremely helpful. No pressure! I will buy all my next cars from Car Sense.

Great Experience - I'll tell you why

After going to three or four dealerships and feeling frustrated, I finally ended up discovering CarSense.com. Christina Angelus provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. From helping me find the perfect car that met my needs (a rare used Ford C-Max Hybrid) to answering every question I had (even while she was on vacation), the whole process left me feeling 100% satisfied that I was getting a great value. I actually purchased the vehicle over the phone sight-unseen. Since they have a five-day, no-questions-asked return policy, I felt confident in my decision. Another plus: during the waiting period, while my car was being delivered to the dealership and prepped, carsense arranged a loaner vehicle for me (a nice Honda Accord) that I drove for about a week while my car. They didn't even mind that I didn't refill the gas tank when I brought it back. Overall, my experience was great. Ask for Christina if you go. She's quick, honest, and hardworking, and she likes what she does, so it really made the whole buying process a breeze.

Terrible, Will NEVER Purchase another THING from them.

I spent an ENTIRE day there purchasing a car, our sales person, Monty, was NOT FRIENDLY, consistently on his cell phone with other customers, constantly ignoring us and walking away with other customers, not at all attentive, knew nothing about the vehicle, gave us the keys and sent us on our way. Had I not had my heart set on buying this car- I would have given him the time of day. Multiple things were wrong with the car, and when I notified him upon finding these things after the purchase, he told me to do some research. Eventually I was told that it had an appointment for service, which I missed as I was never notified. After having to go through multiple people to get it in for service, my husband gave up and called another dealership himself. Carsense did pay for the repairs, which was nice (since it was their responsibility). Now, I am finding out that they never transferred my insurance to my new car from my trade AFTER HE ASSURED ME that this was taken care of. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this place, and will assure every person I know looking for a vehicle that this is NOT the place to go.

Most amazing experience ever buying a vehicle!!

My husband and I have bought many cars in our 20 years together and this is by far our most favorite experience at buying a car. We were not pressured at all, Christina answered all of our questions with no hesitation, she had no problem opening every car I looked at and there was many, she told us features, how things worked and was very helpful with everything even down to explaining paperwork and payments. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for a car again. I can't wait until I go into work and tell everyone about our experience here because there are a few people there looking for a car. Just wonderful, from start to finish.

3rd Time - just as good as the 1st and 2nd time

Awesome place to get a great car in the Cranberry TWP., PA area. Last Friday, we got an Infinity and worked with Timm Armitage. This is our 3rd vehicle from this location and we have always been happy. The price is right, people to work with are helpful and the process goes smoothly. If you are looking for a quality car, stop in- the selection is huge. Look at the website first to make the most of your time when you visit.

Pleasant buying experience.

I was greeted by a friendly staff and it only continued throughout the day. There was never any pressure or that feeling of trying to make a sale. I would look to shop at Carsense again for my next used vehicle.

Best experience yet

I initially went in to trade in my jeep for a camaro that I had seen online. Being obsessed with the camaro, I could not have been happier knowing that the dealer- Laura had not only worked out the financial aspect of it with the new payments and the trade in value for me but the fact that I drove off with it with in twelve hours of me emailing the dealership! As happy as I was with the purchase didn't take me long to realize camaro might have been an impulsive decision and wouldn't work too well in the winter! Emailed Laura that night after work with a picture of a newer model jeep similar to my old one and the next thing I knew she had gotten me reapproved for the jeep while I was at work and had the jeep transported for me from another area!! This was my first time going in to purchase a car by myself and not only did carsense go above and beyond the first time but got me back into a jeep that i am now absolutely in love with!!!
