We went onto Carshops website prior to visiting the

We went onto Carshops website prior to visiting the dealership to look at the vehicles which we were interested in. The website is very user friendly. Once we got to the dealership , everyone was very nice and not pushy at all. They asked if we needed help and if we had questions they were there to help. We spoke with Evan Kies. We was excellent to deal with. He was patient, knowledgeable , friendly and honest . We were in and out with a car in about 3 hrs. That was even test driving 4 cars. I highly recommend you take time to visit CarShop if you are looking for a car. They have alot of stock and if they don’t have something , they will get . Again they are 5 stars !!

I had a very good experience at CarShop after it being recommended to me by others who were very pleased. My salesperson was excellent at finding options that fit my criteria, and the service department answered all my questions. The car was beautiful inside and out, even though being six years old, and I’m thrilled at how it drives. I would highly recommend CarShop!

Disappointed with my visit to CarShop Hatfield (3/2/25).

Disappointed with my visit to CarShop Hatfield (3/2/25). Salesperson Ken was dismissive and rude when I inquired about a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. When I needed a moment to look up vehicle details, he told me to leave if I was going to "have an attitude" and later called me "insane" to a colleague. Ended up buying the same vehicle from Fred Beans that day. CarShop lost a $25,000 sale due to unprofessional treatment.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Always had a great experience with the service department. Eric, the service manager has always gone beyond what my needs are. I highly recommend any of the technicians for any work needed.
