My daughter bought an extended warranty, her differential

My daughter bought an extended warranty, her differential needs to be replaced, the car has terrible vibration and noise along with trouble turning. Eric in service told my daughter he needs to do other work first to make sure, like changing fluid??? Of course at a charge. None of which make common sense, then says he needs approval from insurance company that covers warranty, tells my daughter three minutes after she talked to him that the insurance company told him to try other things first not covered. BEWARE of this scam!!!

Hatfield Car Shop has always treated me like an important

Hatfield Car Shop has always treated me like an important customer even though I purchased my vehicle at a different Car Shop location, as they did not have the model I was looking for. I recently had an electrical malfunction and they not only got me into their technicians immediately, they were able to diagnose the problem and found it was covered under factory warranty. Jose arranged for my car to be sent to the local dealership and even made sure the dealer had a loaner car reserved for me! They really made what could have been a very bad situation into hardly an inconvenience.

Be careful reviews are not reflective of all experiences. Draconian policy to cash buyers. Will NOT permit you to register your purchased vehicle and pay your out of state taxes yourself. Builds in hundreds of extra dollars to the purchase. Fail to provide itemized costs with label of what charges are. Stupid company, stupid employees, not ethical.

Car-scam(shop)

Ok so I'd like to tell people considering to buy a vehicle at carshop; I went there with best intentions, purchased a car,was back the next week with a breakdown, the service department couldn't get it right time and time again! Eventually they said the repairs exceeded the price of the car warranty ! Total scam job! I highly recommend staying from carscam+shop)

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle online. All staff were very responsive, understanding, non confrontational and genuinely cared about how I wanted to purchase. The vehicle that was delivered to me fit the description and drives perfectly. Very happy. Thank you carshop for being a couple steps above the competition. Leaving this review as someone that works for a competing dealer you guys nailed it with customer service and price. Great job!

Best experience ever! Michael Moffa is amazing!

To say that we will be telling everyone we know looking for a car to contact CarShop, specifically Michael Moffa, is an understatement. Michael was kind, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to get things to work for us and our budget. He went above and beyond, at one point even kneeling down next to our new minivan with a cloth to make sure everything was dry from the detailing before we took it home. You cannot ask for a better experience than with Michael Moffa and CarShop of Hatfield!

I just bought my 3rd car from CarShop. Ethan Bell is by far, the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He is honest, helpful and won't steer you wrong. He worked so hard to help me get exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. I would definitely recommend CarShop and Ethan.

What a wonderful experience! I picked the car that was all i wanted and it was already priced right, was given a very good price on my trade and it was a no pressure or stress deal. Easy in and out process and they went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle i purchased was pristine!
