Bought a car with Dan Owens.
Bought a car with Dan Owens. It was an easy sale for him, since we knew what we wanted and paid cash. But it turned out to be a hassle for us. My 19 year old daughter and my niece went in to make the purchase without me since I couldn’t be there due to health issues (I let Dan know about). In the process, I learned from my insurance that I had to cosign on the car in order to keep my daughter under my policy. I told Dan and he told me I would have to come in and sign the paperwork. I told him I would be coming in within that week. He said ok. I stayed in communication with Dan and when I went in to sign papers at shop, (Dan was on vacation) I was told it was too late because they had already sent in the paperwork on car with just my daughters name. They said I had needed to come in within 2 days of the purchase. Dan never told me that. Now this is an issue for my insurance policy, I have to wait for the title to come in the mail, and go to notary place and pay a fee to get my name added to car title. I left a message to Dan letting him know how disappointed I am that he did not infirm me well, and he never responded. That is bad service.

My experience here was great until the service manager
My experience here was great until the service manager for Hatfield’s branch Eric decided to cancel an appointment I had with them to fix my AC in the middle of a heatwave, on his own discretion and not at request from anyone else, simply because the mechanic who USED to work on my car there, is my ex father in law and wasn’t willing to do the work himself. The appointment was scheduled with a different mechanic. Despite politely attempting to tell him it was unacceptable and made no sense he continued to repeat the same line of xx to me on the phone over and over again. I can’t recommend anywhere whose service manager would act this petty, over a relationship he has zero part in, without even being asked. If they will do that kind of petty stuff what is to stop them from messing with your car for petty reasons? The rot starts at the top here.

Just purchased my 2nd car from Hatfield location.
Just purchased my 2nd car from Hatfield location. Very pleased with how the salesman handled the transaction. Since I am financing my car they got me a good finance rate. A few minor items that needed to be done and when I returned to their service dept they handled them promptly and were very pleasant. Very satisfied customer!!

We have bought 4 cars from this dealership, and were previously satisfied with the sales people. I recently brought my newest purchase to them for a check engine light. After this service visit in December, the repair failed in March, and it cost me $600 to fix their mistake. Be wary of service department. This was the first time I let them service my car (in spite of previous purchases) and they messed it up. I will try to recoup my funds, but I'm not holding my breath.

I was sold a car in June of last year, my second from
I was sold a car in June of last year, my second from this Carshop. Due to circumstances out of my control, I can no longer afford the car (9 months later). I was told today that they no longer sell that model of car, and so they offered my barely more than half of the price I just paid off. They did not mention this TWO DAYS AGO when they told me to bring the car in for appraisal. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a repeat customer, or anyone for that matter. Will never, ever, set foot in this place again unless they are kissing it.
