I had come in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. We had called and let them know that we would be coming in to look at it days in advance. When we came in the interior had been very dirty with rocks, crumbs, and even soda bottles shoved under the passenger seat, and the vehicle had 3,000 more miles than their add showed. We had asked how long they had the vehicle and they said a couple of months. Not sure how in a couple of months there are 3,000 miles put on a vehicle when it’s just been test driven... We had also asked if people had been interested in this Jeep and they told us “people had been interested but they couldn’t make the payments work.” Overall we still liked the car enough that we wanted to purchase it, but the price was higher than what it should have been on this vehicle. They were not willing to work with us on either our trade in or the new vehicle and when we tried negotiating with them they started yelling at us and flat out told us we should buy from somewhere else. The payments were not reasonable for what the Jeep was and how many miles had been put on it. They seem to be okay with not making a sale and keeping the vehicle for themselves to drive around as their daily driver because that’s what seemed to be happening with how many miles were on it in a couple of months of being at the dealership and how dirty it was inside. We will not be doing business with them because they were not clean, not helpful, and came off rude. They can sit on their inventory and keep it for themselves and not make a sale with anyone because that seems to be the trend with this particular Jeep. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
