My car repair was made easy by using the text messaging

My car repair was made easy by using the text messaging system to view when I was scheduled, what was recommended and the pricing given per each recommendation for repair. John Herrera, service technician went above and beyond to accommodate and expedite my repair. On the day of pick up, John was off and Robert Trevino, service manager, handled my check out. Robert was truly a joy to speak and deal with.

I took my brand new car in to have a tire changed (with

I took my brand new car in to have a tire changed (with tire warranty that I paid extra for) They changed my tire but still charged me 400.00 for the air pressure sensor in the tire I got ahold of the warranty company and they said it’s absolutely covered and they would reimburse me. So I had to pay for something that was covered and will be reimbursed later. We almost bought a car there a few months ago and were currently considering one on the lot for my daughter but after today, NO WAY.

Taken in for service for check engine light.

Taken in for service for check engine light. Fairly minor fix , give curtesy ride to work. Rapid fox overnight (1 day). 2017 model with fewer than 50k miles. Great experience.

My experience with the service department was not good

My experience with the service department was not good for the money they charge. I got an oil change and they didn’t even include a courtesy next due oil change sticker. They “explained” that the vehicle has an internal timer that can be “setup” to include a reminder. However, that doesn’t appear to have been done. Additionally, they wanted to charge over $2800 for non essential repairs. It appears they are just wanting to make money, the proverbial quantity over quality.
