Scott has exceeded my expectations everytime I have

Scott has exceeded my expectations everytime I have serviced my BMW. He is honest and caring about services needed. I would definitely recommend him. It was easy to schedule myself an appointment online and I was able to be seen sooner than expected. The wait was not long for my oil change and lounge was comfy with coffee, drinks and snacks.

Nice facilities, excellent service on arrival to show room, sales person and management are professional, in and out fast not a drawn out experience ,this is my third purchase of BMW at Principle BMW.

Amazing service.

Amazing service. Our advisors John and Scott always go above and beyond. This time was just a battery replacement. But Scott has caught to have things covered under warranty for us and really saved us. We love that they detail our 530i everytime it is in. Highly recommend them and BMW to everyone.

My experience here was truly exceptional, thanks to Rivers Roy and Lupe Chapa. I dread the typical car-buying hassle, but they made it genuinely enjoyable. They have a high caliber of professionalism, incredibly attentive to my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. They expertise helped me make an informed decision, which allowed me to purchase the car of my desire. If you're looking for a low-pressure, high-value car-buying experience, ask them. Five stars from me with no question about it. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the sales team to the finance department, was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They clearly value their customers' time. Highly recommend their excellent service and great selection!

The worst repair shop I have ever been to.

The worst repair shop I have ever been to. My car has been there multiple times and they still haven?t finished it yet. They have no problem sending you on your way with hoses falling off and tire lugs loose and splash guards falling off after they worked on all that stuff. Find another place.
