No lies, no run around he took what I said and got me exactly what I needed . You know car salesmen can be sleazy I did not get this vibe from anyone at Ricart, It was the best car buying experience and it was my first so definitely buying all my cars from here in the future and sending everyone to Ricart. From Brandon he was so cool he gave me a Arizona from his fridge, Rick educated me on the history of Ricart , James held me down and kept it real and made me feel confident in my purchase. Bryan made me feel welcomed from the time I came cause everyone was like we are going to take care of you lol. I mean I went To a few places and prayed hard and Ricart delivered out of everywhere I went I am glad I chose Ricart. Take this from me if you want honest people and a good vehicle choice go to Ricart. James was awesome and he definitely took good care of me . But everyone there did amazinggggggg!!!! I bought a car yesterday from Ricart Used cars and my experience was great! I had been there before and Crystal Cruz was so helpful and nice, but I didnt buy the first time. 2 months later I wanted to really buy and felt I had to go back and see Crystal. She was patient and creative and professional. Rafael joined us this time and we found my Sante Fe. Rafael was helpful too! Crystal is a gem, no sales like pitch, just honest and herself which is why I wanted to work with her again. Mark in the finance area was great as well. Also honest and upfront and no sales stuff.
