The nicest and easiest car purchase we ever had. They made us feel like they wanted us to be happy with the deal. We had a great visit to Carriage Kia of Woodstock. They have a great selection of cars and we were able to find the perfect car quickly. We also brought our own financing which they were able to work with smoothly. They were a little busy when we were finishing up so we had to wait a little bit but our salesman Jarod kept us comfortable and talked with us while we waited. We will definitely be back when we are in the market for another new car.

We walked in with high expectations though my credit was good we had pretty tight budget requirements. We really appreciated how Derek made sure we could make something happen financially before we went looking at cars and making us fall in love with a car then realizing we couldn't make it happen. That's the right way to do things.

Came in for service without an appointment and was warmly greeted by agent, signed in and was asked if I wanted to wait or if I needed a ride. I was shown to the waiting area and told that there is a gym on site if I wanted to use while I waited. Next time I might bring a change of clothes and take advantage of the amenities.
