Do not go there. Do not take your vehicle to the service department. Installed new brakes on Ram 2500. a month later lost all brakes. Air in lines. They did not bleed brake lines. Charged me $150 to bleed brakes. Very dishonest!

I have purchased four vehicles at friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep and my most recent purchase was a surprise birthday present for my wife which was a Jeep Grand Cherokee and my sales girl Kasi went above and beyond to make it special for my wife by purchasing her a bottle of wine a beautiful insulated mug that says Jeep girl and on her own time she purchased a beautiful great big pink ribbon and wrote happy birthday Dianne and had the jeep hidden when we got there and totally surprised my wife she really went out of her way to make it special

Bought 2019 Mustang and ad clearly stated two keys included. Went to pick up car and they only had one. They said they have to get key from previous owner. After numerous phone calls still don’t have key. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to get one made. Do not deal with these people especially Dewayne Reynolds’s. They just lie to your face..

Very nice people there through the hole place. Sales person was willing to take the time with us show us everything & explain it to us.

Kaci was a wonderful salesman. No pressure and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

With the experience I’m having with Gray Jennings and the owner that refuses to call me on Chrysler employee pricing on a truck that we had a deal on, ran my credit and made me get a certified check for $45,000 in hand, they told me No deal because they want to sell it to a customer at full value or above. I have never dealt with so dishonest and horrible people in my life, they would rather make another customer pay over market price instead of honoring the agreement we had. I will be telling everyone buyer beware they only care about making as much money as possible not their customers!!!!
