I cant tell you how amazing it is to work eith the guys a Big O! Ive now purchased 2 vehicles with them and Jace has helped me both times. Bought a 2020 Chevy from them process was easy. car was fairly priced and in good working order. One of my tire pressure sensors went out and they repaired it for me free of charge. Thanks big o would recommend

Was approached by a very friendly salesman the second I walked through the front door. They were more than happy to show me several cars and to work with me on doing a soft credit check.

Drove to Omaha to test, drive a vehicle. My son thoroughly vetted it, or so we thought prior to going. While we were there, we were told the vehicle had bumper damage and a salvage title. Test drove it and put $1,000 down to have it held while they finished doing some work. Another salesman sent my son pictures the following week. The bumper, hood, driver, door, passenger door for damaged, and the windows shattered. We called to get the deposit back. The sales manager said he would send half of it. Still waiting for the check and the tracking number for the envelope it’s been several weeks. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

DONT BUY?? PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! TEST DROVE SEVERAL CARS AND THEY ALL HAD MAJOR ISSUES. THE SALES STAFF AND FINANCE MANAGER WERE VERY ARROGANT AND DIDNT APPEAR TO KNOW OR CARE WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DIDNT LIKE WHEN QUESTIONS WERE ASKED AND DIDNT LIKE TO ANSWER HMMM? WONDER WHY MAYBE BECAUSE THEY KNEW THE CARS WERE NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISED. OWNERS ARE NOT IN THIS BUSINESS FOR THE RIGHT REASONS AND LACK ETHICS AND RESPONIBILITY- I DODGED A BULLET LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS ALSO! DONT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT!

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SOLD US A WATER DAMGED CAR CLAIMING IT WAS VERY MINOR AND ALL, BUT IT WAS NOT AND IT WAS ALL RUSTED UNDER THE SEATS. WE TRIED TO CALL THEM BACK TO FIX THE ISSUES BUT THEY WILL NOT AND WONT EVEN LOOK INTO IT. THE MOTOR WAS BAD AND THE ELECTRICAL ISSUES ARE MAJOR PROBLEMS. HORRIBLE SERIVCE AND POOR MANAGMENT.
