I've worked with James at D&M for over 10 years now. It can't be any easier. I made one phone call to James, told him what I wanted, we updated my information. Two days later he called back with my car. I picked it up the next day...took 20 minutes. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

I reached out to D&M Leasing after I saw several recommendations for them, and I am certainly happy that I heeded their advice. I’ve both bought and leased many different cars in the past, and this was, by far, my best experience. I worked with Brad Earley who was very prompt, courtious, and genuinely cared about finding me the exact car that I wanted (which was apparently quite the feat). He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my car and even delivered it my house on his own time. I will definitely be working with Brad and D&M Leasing in the future.

Brad Earley is Amazing!! There are not enough good words to say about him and his great customer service! Brad went above and beyond in helping me find a new vehicle that I wanted and could afford. Brad stayed in constant communication with me. He kept me informed on every detail and possibility that he came across concerning the vehicle I wanted. Brad took care of Everthing! Working around my busy schedule he even personally delivered my new vehicle and took my trade in away. This was the most stress free experience that I have ever had leasing a new vehicle. I really don't care much for doing reviews, so when I do trust that there is a lot of weight to my opinion. Also, I feel that if a company has earned a great review, then I will not hesitate to say so. I would give Brad and the company an excellent rating because they made our first experience in leasing a relatively easy one. They also explained all of the paperwork along the way which was very helpful and made us feel much more comfortable with our decision. Brad also paid attention to detail in what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, and gave us exactly what we asked, even in terms of payment amount.

I couldn’t have imagined a more personal yet simplistic process. Brad took care of all aspects from finding the right car to getting all the paperwork in order. He always made sure to keep me updated. 13/10 would recommend.

Brad Earley and D&M went to work for us immediately, and made sure we were in the loop on everything. He also made sure there were no questions unanswered. He was polite and professional, and we couldn’t be happier with our Jeep Cherokee and the entire leasing process.

Normally I don’t leave reviews, since i’m not a very wordy person but due to my good experience with D&M Leasing I felt I should leave one. My salesperson was Tobin and he handled the entire sales experience with the right blend of professionalism and personal touch. Never once did I feel pressured into making a purchase of a car I wasn’t certain about, unlike some other places I looked at first. Long story short, Tobin helped me find the model and trim of the car I was after and at a price that works for me. They got me the amount I wanted for my trade-in and a low down payment that didn’t break the bank, while at the same time keeping my monthly close to what I was currently paying on my previous car. Which for a newer car made proceeding with the lease a no brainer. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience with Tobin and D&M Leasing and look forward to working with them again when it comes time to trade-in my wife’s car.

From the first call with Mike, I felt comfortable and a sense of honesty from him. I had been hearing great things about D&M but was scared to actually call. From the start to actually driving away, it was an amazing experience. I have already referred someone and will continue to praise about D&M and Michael Welch.
