Mike Manchester did an excellent job finding me a car that I expect to enjoy for a long time, and was both helpful & patient in the process, interrupted as it was for me by a trip out of the country. He didn't let "my" car get away from me, and I appreciated it greatly. In addition, delivery of the vehicle & pickup of my trade in was handled smoothly by a gentleman (whose name I know but wonder whether to include here, so I didn't) who was every bit as kind & competent as Mike.
