Brandon was the reason for the great experience at Cedar park Toyota Service center. He was accomodating, helped secure slot for a rather urgent fix. Provided regular updated as I waited in queue. He went beyond his job to help me get the car serviced. Thank you Brandon!!

Austin at Cedar Park Toyota was amazing!

Austin at Cedar Park Toyota was amazing! I’d asked for Guillermo, who is worked with before, and he’s gotten a promotion, so Guillermo came out personally and introduced me to Austin who took the absolute best care of me, both in regards to time and expertise. Austin helped me find the best fit for me in a vehicle, gave me the time to decide but also let me know he was there if needed. He got us in and out as swiftly as he could and was 100% knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. My only criticism would be the time it took to get into finance, beings I already had financing covered, so this was just a technicality. The finance person was great and went as fast as he could in the time allotted and still offered me all of the things he was supposed to. I would 10/10 use Cedar Park Toyota again and visit Austin Bivins to help me find precisely what I need.
