I’m a young girl with no knowledge of cars, and was in desperate need for one fast. Unfortunately for me, that made me an easy target. They sold me an equinox with severe structural damage, a non functional cluster unit, and no title, telling me it would last a few years. They also lied about the car fax. They said the car fax reported that the car hit a deer. But then when I looked up the car fax it said “collision with another vehicle” By the time I was 4 months in, I had already spent far more than the entire price of the car in repairs. Please be careful when going to such a dishonest car lot!

Unprofessional and unethical! Salesperson answered every question with,"I don't know " or "I'm new", or "I have to ask my boss but he's not here", etc. Answers that my daughter was able to find online. I gave a 100% refundable deposit with a signed agreement then when I asked for it back got excuses then they tried to charge a $50 fee! Stay away! It is a scam!

Bait and switch the are crooks and the state should shut them down for there lies! Price posted is after a $1,495 Up front payment ? Really then paperwork fee $599 That’s $2,094 over price listed. Then as always you pay tax and plate fee(wonder how high plate fee is)

with my hardworking money after loosing countless nights, making sure I save up to purchase a vehicle. last year I made a purchase with this dealer, and drop over the amount what they ask on top of the down payment. boy was I fool, I got played by these guys. my car broke down from them and it hasn't been a year. I call up to work something out, they completely bluff me, and come to find they sold me a car with a total loss. stay away from this dealer sneaky fake guys they play friendly till they get what they need. I feel terrible I spent my hard earning money on a broke down car.

Before buying a vehicle here, please make sure you have an outside person your mechanic look at it. I recently bought a truck here and after getting it home was required to pay about $7,000 more and repairs. They of course did not help me or return my phone calls. The manager there is particularly bad.
