Horrible customer service. Saw a volkswagon tiguan listing on Craigslist. Called Sergio to confirm car was available and it was. Drove 2 hours from Philly... to New Jersey to test drive it and ofcourse to purchase. Sergio was horrible he told us the car had to have a new transmission and that the car was not ready. Why was it posted then? Customer service was absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I don't know why I keep having bad luck with these shady dealerships. So I called into this place regarding a 2011 Ford Fusion with 73k miles on it. From... the start, I told them I'm not here for the back and forths and negotiating. I want to cut straight to the point and set a price that I'd be ok with. They agreed if it was cash. I told them if it's in good condition, I would come purchase it yesterday. After getting my finances together, I reached out with them and said I want the number to be a flat number after taxes, titles, registration, fees, etc. and it was a $49 difference from the originally agreed upon number. The salesman Johnny repeatedly starts cutting me off telling me we already had an agreement, trying to posture that original number like I had signed some type of agreement. I told him outright it wasn't a negotiation - that they could take it or leave it, which caused him to continue to try to cut me off and be rude. I explained to him that with the rudeness in his service, he clearly doesn't want the sale and that I could either demand another sales rep and make sure he doesn't get the credit or I could just as easily go to another dealership and look for a deal I was satisfied with. Brings you to today --- I walk in there with my friend Trent (he drove me over half an hour on his off day) to come check out the vehicle with the intention to buy it. I had cash in hand. They didn't have the car prepped (I was promised a full tank of gas) and Johnny said yesterday that he just took the vehicle on a drive to test it and how it ran excellent (which I had doubts after reading reviews on Google Reviews and Yelp later in the day.) When I get there I'm greeted by Ronnie, who I was told was a co-owner/partner to Alex. Alex was apparently off today. He tells me to go test drive it (without even verifying I have a license) and see what I think. Car looked fine and the interior was clean but the moment I got on the highway, I immediately noticed the transmission was having an extremely difficult time catching gear. I drive to a stop at a light and my steering wheel start shaking violently. Everytime the car is at an idle stop in drive it does this. I get back and mention it to Ronnie and he doesn't seem surprised or even want to see it happen. Psychologically, it came off like he knew about it because otherwise I can't see him not wanting see the issue when I told him to come check out what I was referring to. He tries to spin me into a few other vehicles even though I made it extremely clear I would only be coming all the way out there to pick up this vehicle so to let me know of any issues. At this point, all I can think is that they knew about the issue and crossed their fingers I wouldn't notice. There's a reason the post for the ad was around for over 2 months and I guess where I messed up was that it was too good to be true for that rate. They tried to show me several other vehicles that didn't fit what I clearly told them I was looking for in a vehicle so as salesman they clearly didn't know how to right fit based on a customers needs. They also come off as liars who try to get people to get into the dealership to hit them with the bait and switch or pressure them into a purchase because they don't want to leave empty handed after a long commute. I felt disrespected. Ronnie, even at one point, mentioned that he doesn't need me wasting his time when in reality it was them that wasted my time by not being honest about their vehicles. I wouldn't trust. After reading other reviews on here, it definitely appears like they have a history of selling problematic cars.
Wonderful experience! Very helpful finding me a pickup. My salesman had plenty of patience to help me find exactly what I needed and I appreciated it very... much. I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for a new vehicle. They are great to work with!
Amazing experience at G Motors. While car shopping online, I found what I was looking for at a place I've driven past many times. I stopped in and before... going straight to my future car, I had to look at the huge selection. I was approached by a sales guy and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and he made it work. The process was quick and painless, and they leave you alone to let you make decisions. In my opinion, every car dealership should operate the way they do here.
Working with the team at G Motors of Monroe was a great experience! They were able to find me a car I have always wanted and I'm loving it! The sales people... and finance department are very well informed and the entire transaction was smooth thanks to the professionalism shown by everyone. Thanks G Motors
This was a very pleasant experience all around. Staff was very friendly and thorough with explanations of what's going on and why things are the way they... are. The sales guy walked me through each step and never once did I feel like I was being pushed into anything. The finance manager was awesome to work with as well. Will refer people to those who need help with credit
Great people and premium service! I am terribly indecisive, so vehicle shopping tends to be stressful for me. Through the whole process, from sales to... financing, they were patient with me. I didn’t ever feel pressured or unimportant. The sales guy went the extra mile to help me pinpoint what I was looking for. I truly appreciate the integrity and customer focus at G Motors.
This is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Literally a bunch of con artist!! All their cars on the lot are horrible. Problems came about... with a vehicle I purchased from the day after buying. They claimed they would “fix” it and take it to the shop. They had my vehicle for a week and did absolutely nothing!! They are liars and all they want is your money they don’t care about customer service. They are also rude as can be.
Warning for anyone who wants to buy a car from this dealer--( G Motors ). They lie and cheat people into buying. I got a car from them and I was never... going to buy this car because it had many problems, they said they will fix all problems if you pay a deposit of $500 and if you don't like the car after we fix it, then you'll get your deposit back. They also wouldn't let me test drive the car on the highway (somewhere fast) because they know there was transmission problems that they didn't want me to notice. So after they "fixed" the car, I checked the car, the same problems appeared. I wasn't satisfied with the car and its problems especially the A/C not working. So I decide not to get the car and I asked for my deposit back. They told me the deposit not refundable even as they said in the beginning they would give it back. (Lying) Because of this I tried contacting them many times for my refund and take the car back but they said no. I didn't want to continue fighting so I just sticked with the car. I asked them to fix the A/C and the said they do not have A/C gas so I had to buy it on my won charge. After I put the gas, the A/C broke again. I think is not gas but A/C is leaking. When I got the car and started driving it home, the check engine sign came up. The car wasn't going over 60k miles even as I was pressing the gas hard it would slowly decrease the miles on its own. The car stopped on the highway twice. I took it to my mechanic and he said there's a problem in the transmission and I would have to change parts in the transmission. I asked them to fix the transmission, but of course they refused. So I asked them to change this part with my money. I also asked to change oil and they said will get the part from a dealer, they charged me $289, but what I found out later is that they just got the part from auto parts and not even a dealer. They also lied to me about the oil change because the filter and the oil weren't even changed. Another thing, they gave me the title after more than TWO MONTHS of buying the car, making the temporary registration expire after a month so couldn't even use the car. The next major thing they cheat me on is when they gave me the title, they signed the papers with the day of purchase not the time I actually received the title which resulted in me paying a penalty with the Motor Vehicle. Until now Sign for engine appears and same A/C problem. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALER. THEY WILL LIE AND RIP YOU OFF WITH A BAD CAR!!!
Terrible place, just bought an Audi A4 6 days in car is major failing..check engine lights, all kinds of codes. Car is literally falling apart. DO NOT... GO HERE A BUNCH OF xxxxxxx SCAMMERS!!
