Scammer. Try to lure in car buyers with advertising low price and then in the fine print you read that the price means to be understood afte 25% down.

I wanted to buy a vehicle here that I saw online, I was met with someone I will not name who was rude, short spoken and mumbled while talking making it near impossible to hear or comprehend what was said. They do not clearly post pricing online for customers, nor do they have any redeeming qualities aside from their receptionist who was probably the friendliest person in the building. Take my advice, don’t waste your time, they are selling beat junk cars with the worst possible attitudes.

One star rating for deceptive advertising. Price shown is only after 25% down payment when you read the fine print. I’ll never deal with dealers using this practice to lure potential customers.

unethical, horrible co. don't answer phone calls, unprofessionally late to appts, gave me a fake carfax report saying no accidents when my own pulled report says 1 minor accident..

Do not buy a car here, they sold it to me with a bad cylinder, bad spark plugs, bad engine, bad tires, among other stuff. It also still makes noises. Again, do not buy from here. Stay as far away as possible. Even with the highest extended warranty I bought from them, I needed to pay $1k+ in repairs.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!! The prices listed are AFTER a 25% down payment! What a way to entice and trick buyers into thinking their prices are very low. On top of that they mention "To take advantage of advertised pricing, consumers MUST finance through the dealer." Seems like a shady practice to me, so don't lose time by driving all the way to dealer only to discover the advertised prices has all these gotchas. Must be tons of fake reviews here since it's either all 5-stars or 1-star. You've been warned!

The worst place to buy a vehicle. I gave a downpayment for a 2021 Tiguan, the car had an engine light and I pointed out. I requested for my downpayment to be reimbursed, 2 weeks later, I’m still waiting. I call everyday, speak to different people and nothing. Today I called and they said that Ronny, the sales person who worked with me “no longer worked there”, I asked again to make sure she says it again and she changed it to: “he is not available”. The worst of the worst… do yourself a favor.,. Estay away from there.
