Came in looked for a truck had some negative equity in my last one and needed to get out of it due to a divorce, they made it happen couldn’t be happier! Made the trip from Tulsa to buy and glad i did! 😃. Both the Salesman and Finance Manager was great highly recommend either Michael or Marcellous! Thank You Landers!

Great service and professional staff. I have tried other Jeep dealers and after 10 tries at scheduling a recall appt, I went to Landers and it was accomplished on the first try. So helpful with communicating costs and repair time.

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Russell. The...

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Russell. The only reason I’m fact we went back to Landers again is because he is so easy to deal with. However, after purchasing the car 4 days later we were contacted by Marcellous and told we had to come back and resign paperwork. Which is fine, but I was told the ONLY change was the order of the signer and co-signer. Of course when we got there a extended warranty had been added on. When I informed him I didn't want that he stated that it took our interest rate down, I'm not sure why he didn't just lead with that. Also I questioned him about the amount offered for our TT&L and he stated it would be enough, which i highly doubt. He seemed irritated and was rude anytime we tried to question about anything. He pretty much blamed everything on who we initially signed with on the first night. I am not impressed with him and refuse to deal with him at all. My stars ratings are based on the Russell and Russell alone.

The employees at Landers in Norman exceeded my...

The employees at Landers in Norman exceeded my expectations. They were able to put me in my dream car and with all the negative equity I had with my trade in they were still able to reason with my budget. Sidney was able to answer all my questions and manage to maintain all of my goals in purchasing a new vehicle.
