I would highly recommend LaFontaine Ford of Birch Run. They made the process of purchasing a new vehicle as smooth as it can get. I did have one issue but it was quickly resolved when the right person was informed. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Brenda Ensing

I appreciated that they were willing to pick me up from

I appreciated that they were willing to pick me up from the Detroit Airport so that I can purchase their car and drive it 12 hours back home. Mike Lucas was easy going and took good care of me on my one day in the dealership. They worked with me on the price and made sure their offer beat the other dealers I was in contact with. I asked if I should do a thorough inspection on the car and it was discouraged. The car I bought was a new 2024 model that sold to me 8 months after it was built. This unfortunately resulted in flat spots on the tires- 5800 lbs/5" of tire sidewall not being driven more than 20 miles over 8 months) or re-parked often enough, plus many other issues (see pics depicting what I found over the first 2 days with my defective new vehicle). Side mirror on one side is distorted and lacks clarity which is a defect sometimes found on auto-dimming mirrors- safety issue. Steering wheel has a bump under the leather where the thumb rests while at the 9 o'clock position- small but very annoying and distracting. Rear hvac bezel has scratches and gouges, and the display itself has circular scuffs right in the middle of the glass, like something abrasive was leaned against the console at some point. Interior storage compartments had plastic "overmold" which I fixed myself with an Xacto knife, and one door was misaligned, which is the one and only issue Ford agreed to fix. The rest of the issues I was essentially told were not their problem, both by Ford Corporate and this dealership. I decided to give Ford a try after a 22-year hiatus, and due to the utter lack of quality control on multiple levels and absence of care or concern over their defective product, this will definitely be my last. LaFontaine, before ceasing to return my messages, implied that I should be happy to have this car in whatever unsafe/defective condition it happens to have been delivered in as I got it a great price, perhaps insinuating that if I had paid full price instead of negotiating they would be more willing to take care of the issues. Buyer beware.

The service was outstanding as usual.

The service was outstanding as usual. The technicians are knowledgeable and transparent. My service advisor always keeps me informed and up to date with the progress of the repairs. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Worst experience, dealing with a finance manager at that

Worst experience, dealing with a finance manager at that dealership,I have never felt so offended belittled by someone the things he said to me over the phone was told my Credit look like an 18 year-old kid and i was acting like one as well just didn’t want to Buy something I did not want he picked apart every single thing on my credit report I was shocked someone would do that but I Will be filing a complaint with FTC as well it was oh uncalled for
