This dealership went above and beyond to make sure we got into a vehicle we wanted and in a budget we were comfortable with. We have bought multiple cars through them and will continue to buy cars from them in the future

My online purchase was very easy.

My online purchase was very easy. Steve Goff customer service was outstanding, he even did a FaceTime walk around video with me and that sealed the deal. I live in Texas and I bought my truck from LaFontaine Ford in Birch Run Mi. I definitely recommend LaFontaine Ford. Thanks again Steve Goff

Purchased a used Lexus GX remotely.

Purchased a used Lexus GX remotely. Was very happy with the communication during the process initially. I was told there were no scratches or chips which was surprising as it was used. When I received the car there were multiple scratches and a cracked running board so was frustrated to see this. Would recommend seeing used car in person before buying. The sales rep did say that was their preferred option up front but with them not knowing when the title would clear to sell was hard to schedule.

Katie in sales was fantastic.

Katie in sales was fantastic. She helped with whatever I needed, facilitating an appointment for service, etc. They picked up and dropped off my vehicle for service and I was very happy with the work they did. The driver was friendly and respectful. I’d buy another vehicle here

Very personal and honest and upfront about everything.

Very personal and honest and upfront about everything. I had been turned away by everyone I had been to. This was my last hope and my dream came a reality thanks to Ed Laponsie and Laura Laponsie. They worked nonstop to find me the perfect car and get me the absolute best deal. I am a single mom with a daughter who has multiple disabilities. I am traveling back and forth to Ann Arbor to U of M for her care and my car was falling apart my ex husband left me. It was unsafe and no heat. I work full time and then a second job as well and just need someone to believe in me and have faith and help me get a safe and reliable car that will allow me to get my daughter back and for to her medical appointments and me back and forth to work. I prayed and so blessed with such and amazing team that made my dream come true. Thank you Laura and Ed for everything I have so many happy tears and so thankful for everything.

My car has been in the shop longer than I drove it. Haven't even made a payment. Not a place I would recommend to hard working people.
