Great experience at Langley Chrysler
We received amazing customer service at this dealership! My wife and I had a pending deal on a vehicle at a different dealer when we stopped at Langley Chrysler to look. Samir greeted us promptly upon arrival, introducing us to Grahm and Richard. I explained our situation with the deal we had at the other place. They got right down to business, showed us pretty much the same vehicle and beat the price. Nichole was fantastic in the financing department hashing out all the details. Amazing from start to finish
Our cousin recommended my wife and I to contact Sunny at Langley Chrysler. From start to finish the transaction of buying our 2016 Jeep Cherokee was amazing. I am pleased to report that Langley Chrysler took my complaints seriously. Bill Jones called me and then the manager called me. They sounded genuinely concerned about the problem I had, We came to a resolution.

Very informative experience
Went to see 2014 Honda Accord white color. Met with Harpreet, who make us feel like home with undivided attention and he unanswered all our questions. I would say it was great experience, seems staff is well trained, informed and understand our needs. Soon we will go again... AJ Pannu

Great Experience!
Came in with a family member, the staff was really in tune with we were interested in. Ended up purchasing a 2015 Journey. Family member is really happy with the vehicle and the agreed upon price. damaged my car refused to fix
My vehicle was damaged while there for service. The damage inspection means nothing because you sign a fine print waiver when you drop it off for service agreeing they cannot be held responsible and they hold firm to that. It's a very busy lot so I suggest if you need service go somewhere else and maybe the risk of damage can be mitigated a bit. The service manager Darren is very rude very cocky and completely willing to look you in the face and tell you "too bad" without flinching. Worst experience at a Chrysler/Dodge dealership in western canada hands down. I even met with the fixed operations manager for the group who said I am on my own for the repairs to my vehicle but they will cover costs for a rental that they should have been covering anyway due to their poor communication but thats another story. Long story short I was without my truck for 5 days when i really needed it, still not fixed (parts are on order), and it's damaged really badly. Read the fine print people! you are going to pay for anything that happens while they have it. Very shady business practise but hey some big wigs gotta make his 6 figure salary each year regardless of how smashed your bumper is
