Mani Arora was very helpful and knowledge salesperson. He helped me get the truck I wanted without any hassle and he didn't force me to make any wrong decisions, he let me take my time to decide what was the right to truck for me. He did an excellent job at getting me a great price for my truck. I have bought vehicles at other places but I have never got good service like I did At Langley Chrysler from a great salesperson like Mani Arora. I will definitely tell my friends and family about the great service I got from Mani and tell them to buy next vehicle at Langley Chrysler. Thank you Mani for the service you providedo to me.

When we first pulled up Simon was knowledgeable but not pushy. We didn't buy immediately but he kept us informed about current deals and we ended up coming back after visiting a number of dealerships. Simon, Leanne and Gloria have all been great with any questions or concerns we have had.

I did a search online for the vehicle I wanted and found out the vehicle was 1,000km away ??I had to figure out a way to deal with a dealership considering the distance from my base (Calgary, AB). So, I decided to call Langley Chrysler, and was directed to work with Simon. Lots of phone calls and document exchange by phone and email. I knew the only reason for me to drive 1,000km away was to actually purchase the vehicle. I sure would not consider a do over in this case. So, 1 week after bargaining from the comfort of my living room ?, Simon and I agreed to the final price and bam!. I took delivery of my car today! I never thought that was going to happen considering all negative stuff you hear about the car sales people. Well, it was a good experience for me. Exceptional service from Jen and Simon.

My previous vehicle was write-off after collision I had couple weeks ago. Went looking at different Dealerships for a specific used truck ( Ram 1500 Diesel) to purchase. Stopped by Langley Chrysler and met Sam, He showed me the different ones on the lot and explained and answered the different attributes of each. Once I had the information, I said " I am going to think about it tonight , on which suits me best and speak with you tomorrow" He never put up a fuss about getting a deal done that day" other dealerships were quite the opposite. That sold me on dealing with Langley Chrysler. Next day I went in to purchased the one I wanted, speaking with Sam and then Anthony. The negotiations on price with Anthony went extremely well with no emotional tactics used, just business points of views. We settled on a price, that made me feel was a fair price. I was then transferred to Janine for the payment options I could do, not ever pushing one or the other. All the people I dealt with made the buying experience of a vehicle enjoyable. We had a great experience buying a new Dodge Caravan for our parents. Colin was so helpful and listened to all our needs. He went over the new van with our parents so nothing was left out. We all left extremely satisfied with the experience. Thanks to all that helped us through the process.

Both the salesman and finance advisor gave very good advice on which car I should get. Furthermore they were flexible in establishing a payment, as both are willing to lower the price for me. Overall I am very happy with the level of customer service.

Samir was a great guy. He answered all of our questions perfectly to our expectations and helped find us the right truck. Not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle at all. He is a wonderful man that has a goal of just finding you the perfect vehicle for yourself doesn't matter what the price of the car is. We are very happy with the high level of customer service at Langley Chrysler. I was very specific on what I wanted for new truck. Salesman Samir went above and beyond to find the truck everything on our list. Samir worked very hard to get exactly what I wanted. I truly appreciate all his help.
