I am so happy to choose Langley Chrysler for my car purchase. Excellent service by Samir. Best thing is he got us a great deal and was not pushy. Follow up was great too, I would surely reccomend the dealership and Samir to my family and friends.

Great customer service. Polite friendly service. Made financial negotiations a fairly pleasant experience. Sales paperwork completed very quickly and with friendliness of politeness. After sale questions were dealt with promptly.

Colin Eggen was most helpful and accommodating - true to his word in replacing the rotors in a timely manner. He took time to explain the new technology without pressuring us for things we didn't want or need. Colin is a credit to your dealership. Rita Knudsen was very pleasant, understanding and willing to make adjustments. Our friends love the picture she took of us with our new car!

Get in writing specifically what they were going to do. Was told all scuffs would be fixed. Came back and nothing was fixed so they sent it off for 10 minutes fixed the front scuffs but said the sides would cost too much so just they added a touch up paint pen which made it look worse now.

We were very satisfied with the service we received at Langley Chrysler. It was a warm and friendly atmosphere and we didn’t feel pressured at all. We were impressed by the respectful way the negotiation process was presented to us. Tony and Peter were both courteous and professional. All questions were answered and they both have extensive knowledge. Tony gave us a follow up call to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We really appreciated all that was done for us. We have never driven a vehicle off the lot the same day we purchased it, so that was exciting!

Langley Chrysler make the vehicle buying process ever so easy. Just drove away in our new Summit Grand Cherokee. Made one phone call and within a day Tommy Booth had found the exact one we wanted, priced it out fairly, and then had it ready for delivery the next day. Before we went to Langley Chrysler Surrey, we had visited 4 other dealerships in the lower mainland the day before and all failed to earn our business. Their customer service at Langley Chrysler is awesome, I would recommend buying your car here. They truly went above and beyond to exceed every one of my expectations. Both Samir and Anthony made sure my wife and I completely understood every detail of purchasing the vehicle as well as how financing works. They both had great customer service, thank you both for taking your time with me and my wife. Our sales person Samir Thakur made sure we were taken care of and not pressured at anytime. We upgraded our RAM 1500 2014 to a RAM 1500 2015 limited edition sport package in orange color and Peter Z. had helped us a lot. He had made the process very easy and fast for us, from the test drive, processing of papers and some finishing touches of the truck. Very friendly staffs including Rita K of admin and Janine T of finance. We would definitely recommend Langley Chrysler dealership to our family and friends.

My experience here was the best I have ever had. I walked in at 3pm, found the vehicle I wanted and was out of there in time for dinner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and certainly encourage them to go see Tommy. Oh yeah, and I love my new truck!
