The excellent customer service that Tim Beach, General Manager, provides, is a role model for all other dealerships in Canada. Tim is a first class person, who genuinely cares about his customers. The best customer service I have ever received by any dealership in Canada.

Charlesglen Toyota recommended the Cabin Pollen filter

Charlesglen Toyota recommended the Cabin Pollen filter replacement for $35 on my 4Runner, I agreed thinking I am getting the good quality Toyota filter. (Replacing 4Runner cabin filter is super-easy and quick - 1 minute - basically only the cost of filter). At home I looked at what filter they put - it was probably the poorest quality, cheapest piece of garbage they could find on the market - thin and flimsy... I am getting it replaced with the good quality one I bought for $25 in Auto-Value - Customer rip-off! Also, yesterday I changed Engine oil myself for the first time after my 4Runner was serviced at Charlesglen Toyota a few times prior. Found out they did not install the oil drain plug gasket last time they changed oil. The drain plug was heavily over-torqued, so was the oil filter housing... very bad... Not sure I would trust Charlesglen Toyota mechanics after these little findings... Recommend doing easy things yourself (filter replacements), or finding a good mechanic you could trust.

Good day Stan. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We only use factory Toyota cabin air filters. A cabin filter may look of poor quality if it is flimsy. The quality of filter is rated by the micron filtration level. Since the oil drain plug gasket was missing, there must have been an oil leak. Never had a better car. At 82. I am so blessed!!! Anyone would be overwhelmed having a Toyota! It has profited better than imagined. God job Toyota 👌👌😊 Thanks for making my life easier.

We came into Charlesglen Toyota knowing exactly what we wanted. We had visited another Toyota dealership and was turned off by the pushy salesperson. Even though we liked the vehicle, I couldn’t give them my business. Omid showed us the options available to us, which was only two, besides preordering brand new with a six month wait due to inventory. He answered all of our questions and got to know us. We ended up with such a great vehicle for our family and I couldn’t be happier with the service we got right up until I drove it off the lot!
