Took a while to get my new rav, but it was everything that was promised. Very happy with my experience with Val and Charlesglen

Our third Toyota - a Tercel, then a Prius, and now a Rav 4 Hybrid. We keep returning to Charlesglen because of the reliable cars, friendly sales team, and reliable service. Val Parsons in sales was very helpful, and Mark gave us a wonderful introduction to the vehicle when we picked it up. Garnett explained the warranty options very clearly. All in all, another great Toyota/Charlesglen experience.

Val Parsons was a delightful person to assist me with my purchase of a new RAV-4. She maintained regular contact during the wait for the vehicle and was very helpful with an issue that occurred with my trade-in vehicle during that time. As well, she maintained contact with me during an unexpected medical issue that I had. She is very definitely customer oriented and recognized my dealing with Charlesglen since 1989. The cookies were a wonderful treat. I also had great experience with Khal and the new vehicle session with Jim McCalorum, a great idea.
