Val, Phil and Khal are top notch, and so there's no surprise that Charlesglen is top notch as well. From the get go, all the folks I dealt with were friendly, patient and helpful. Despite hiccoughs beyond their control and a slight delay, they successfully found and brought in the vehicle I'd ordered, walked me through the paperwork and actual features of the vehicle, and the follow-up has been first-rate as well. I think Toyota Canada could take lessons from this dealership and its crew--of course, the cookies help!!!
