We had a really positive experience with Gilles. As a salesman he was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and humorous. He is a very helpful and very low key salesman. Gilles gave us sound advice while we were looking for a vehicle and once we had purchased it, he made an appointment for a remote start installation for us! Gilles even phoned and reminded us the day before to remind us of the appointment and to confirm that we knew knew where we were going and what to expect. He even found some accessories that had been misplaced! Gilles Laurin looked after us. Would we recommend him? You bet! In fact, we already have and expect to recommend him again in the future.

Everyone that we encountered there was super friendly and always willing to help. Our salesperson, Emily, did a fantastic job providing us with the information that we needed and reassured us that what needed to be fixed, will be fixed. The financial manager, Jaime, made us feel super comfortable. He was very patient and elaborated on parts that we didn't fully understand and didn't pressure us into investing on an option that was more pricey, though it was very intriguing. He respected our decisions. I recommend coming here if you want to purchase a vehicle and you want excellent customer service. I found this dealership online when I was browsing for a specific car to buy. I've had some really bad experiences with certain car dealership in Winnipeg that pretty much scammed us so I was very cautious at first. When I first contacted Auto Gallery about said car they sent me the CarProof report right away. Then we met with Emily to test drive the car. After the test drive Emily showed us the dealership report on the current status of the car: how new the tires were, the car battery condition, there was a scratch on the side of the car, etc. I really liked that because I didn't want to get a lemon. After meeting with Emily we met with Jaime to discuss the financing. Jaime kept making clear that their policy was full disclosure. They were always very clear and very honest about the process and the car we were trying to get. When all the paperwork was done and we got the car, they had replaced the car battery and they had fixed the scratch on the door! WOW! That tells me a lot about their commitment to their customers and how much they want to make sure that their customers happy with the purchase and that their customers are getting a quality car! I'm really happy I found this place. Looking forward to meeting them again!

Initial contact was made online with Andrew Franco who provided me with the Carproof information for the vehicle I was interested in. I then visited the dealership and was assisted by Larry Groom who answered all my questions, arranged the test drive and provided the use of the vehicle for the day while they assessed my trade-in. Detailed assessment of my trade-in was provided. At no time did I feel pressured in purchasing a vehicle. Once the decision was made to purchase the vehicle, Julie Baryla arranged all the paperwork in a very professional and friendly manner. Since the purchase, Andrew has followed up with me a few times regarding some minor issues to make sure they were resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, I found the experience with Auto Gallery to be enjoyable and relaxed.

Buying a vehicle as a single female can be (and has previously been) an extremely frustrating and intimidating experience. Not at Auto Gallery. Clinton and Jaime were very accommodating and patient and made it a great experience.

I was recommended to try auto gallery by a neighbor who said she had pretty good luck with her car and received good service from auto gallery. She recommended this to me as one single woman who knows nothing about cars to another. I just wanted a reliable nice safe family car with a colour I liked and some heated seats in a decent price that I could afford. I happened to be driving past and went in to the lot. Clinton saw me and came out to say hi and took me back to his office to get a sense of what I wanted to look at. He made the transaction all very smooth and easy. He is open to communicate via phone, email and text to answer any questions and has gone out of his way to help. He was straight forward and no sales/commission push. Auto gallery took the xx right out of the equation and as a Single woman who knows nothing about car shopping, this was nice and easy.
