Needed a new vehicle to better suit our growing family. Our salesman, Larry was very patient with my indecisiveness. I was allowed to test many vehicles as well as try our car seats in the vehicles to see how well they were suited for kids. I never felt pushed one way or another. He took the time to answer all of our questions and show us features in many cars. The vehicle I bought was in pristine condition.

We have purchased two vehicles from Auto Gallery on Portage .Both times great experiences . Larry Groom was very helpful and a great sales person . We left the lot and purchased a Dodge Ram 2014 truck we did not even try out other competitors . Everyone from the front desk to our salesman and to the finance manager was super friendly and approachable. Andrew our salesman listened to what our needs were. Instead of using pressure tactics like the previous dealerships we walked into he gave us the ability to be confident in buying the vehicle that we chose. His knowledge of the Nissan Rogue that we purchased was impressive as he was able to tell us the differences between the other model trims on the lot and the 2011 model we had owned previously. This was a stark contrast to the many manufacture specific dealerships who would have to make us wait and check their product knowledge sheets to confirm differences between trim levels and models. John the finance manager was great at handling things on his end in regards to interests rate and payments. He made us feel comfortable by answering all of our financing questions and by being transparent and honest with us. The combination of service, knowledge, and genuine customer care was evident in every interaction we had at Auto Gallery and we couldn't be happier with our decision buying from them.
